Knowledgeable staff.. always have info on new products. They are super busy at time's so while you may seemed rush your not.. they are just trying to get people back to work! If your not in a rush they will take some time to give you the knowledge and explanation needed to help you understand your decision between the waves of trades people. This place is a wholesaler that still allowes homeowners in. Just dont get upset that your not treated like home depo

Guy with frosted tips is a terrible employee, same with long dark haired dude. All of them unwilling to help, despite insisting what I asked for on the phone was in stock 2 times, they didn’t have jack when I went in to pickup. Finally got the guy to look in the computer and he confirmed they have no stock..... You won’t give me info on the phone saying there’s too many to list off... and then we come in like you asked you act as if we’re wasting your time. Get a life, your a fricken tile store employee.

Good selection of products in stock if you need something immediately, otherwise I'd suggest buying your materials elsewhere. The level of customer service is quite poor.

This company is terrible! They are chronically out of stock, don't know their own inventory, and won't help you over the phone so you have to go in BUT when you show up the store is randomly closed during business hours. When the store IS open, the hours are terrible for contractors (no evenings or weekends). While some staff are really good, others are extremely unhelpful and rude. Victoria and Nanaimo stores won't share inventory so you have to drive, you know, because they won't tell you if they have it or not over the phone. Terrible company
