Auto Absolue

They sold me a vehicle for 9,500.00$ which I had in my possession for less than 5 days total out of the month. It broke down two days into having it home. The air bag lights which they had told me they would look into and fix had gone unfixed and when it was brought up with them they said the lights did not go on and that there was no issue. The slave cylinder for the clutch broke two days after getting it from them. The clutch pedal mysteriously broke while in their care. They even tried to charge me for all the repairs and the towing of the vehicle. They even refused to answer my calls when I called them to have the vehicle fixed, even though it’s under warranty. Upon getting the vehicle back from them when they Fixed the clutch pedal and the slave cylinder" the starter was near death and has difficulty starting. This vehicle marks the second and final time I ever buy from Auto Absolue! They were rude. they tried to get me to pay for everything even though by law they were required to both fix and tow the vehicle at their own expense. They repeatedly lied to me; tried to bully me into paying

I have purchased several vehicles from Auto Absolue and every experience gets better and better.Alexis and his staff are very kind, helpful, knowledgeable and most important honest.They go out of their way to get me answers to my questions and I never feel rushed or pressured.I have had very good luck with every vehicle I purchased and will definitely purchase another vehicle from them.

These guys are great. They stood by us even when we encountered problems with our newly bought vehicle, and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied

I honestly have mixed feelings on these guys; they had me over the preverbal barrel. My old car was in an accident, and I needed a car fast so I could do my job. I do have a soft stop for the type of car I saw them for.They did permit me to take the car to a mechanic of my choice to let them check it out before I bought I car. I even checked it out myself for several things that wouldn't be part of a normal battery of tests. What left me surprised was the fact that it did need a load of repairs, despite them having the car for over 5 months. While they did complete the repairs, and refresh the oil, I can't say I am 100% happy with the repairs or the other work I found out had to be done to the car.I would strongly recommend if you do choose to buy from them, to treat them like a used car storage lot. I.E They buy cars, and keep them until someone else wants the car in question. If you want assurances that the used car you are buying is up to manufactures standards, I strongly recommend you go to a regular dealership, and do not use them.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!I've had my car for a little over 2 months now. When I bought it I was told the cooling fan had been replaced and tonight my car broke with the same issue. Seriously not happy.Don't be like me were I ignored the negative reviews that I read about them.My car has been nothing but problems and a money pit of never ending repairs. Their mechanics are beyond shady.I ended up having to sell this hunk of junk. Put in over 4000$ worth of repairs in 1 year of owning the car and ended up trading it in at a loss of 6000$ for a new car somewhere else. In total this piece of Cr*p put me at a loss of 10 000$.

Bought a Jetta 2008 two years ago for a very cheap price. Haven't put a dollar on it aside from oil changes. Couldn't be more satisfied. Staff is great and willing to help whenever I have a question regarding my Volkswagen. I highly recommend.

I live an hour and a half with good traffic away from these guys and was pretty nervous about driving so far to buy a vehicle I hadn't seen in person yet. I was more than pleasantly surprised at what I saw when I got there! The car was absolutely beautiful! Had all kinds of goodies I wasn't expecting. Great guys. Very fare and no messing around. That's something I truly appreciate. I highly suggest Autoabsolue!!
