I purchased a cross country ski set today from Olympia. Awesome customer service. Zero pressure to purchase a “top of the line” set. I wish I could name the gentleman that helped me. He was so thorough and took the time to explain things to me. I would highly recommend this store. Stay away from the big stores that don’t specialize in cross country skiing. They’re unable to answer questions and don’t really care whether or not a person makes a purchase. I made the mistake of shopping around for a “deal” and spend less here than I budgeted for.

Ha and issue with my rear sprocket. Brought it in and they helped me immediately, even though they were quite busy. Very friendly, attentive to customers and did a great job adjusting my rear wheel!

I rented a truck, brought my bicycle in for spring service. They informed me it would be at least 30 days. I agreed, but they refused to take my bicycle in as they claimed there was no room for it. very disappointing as I have a loyal customer for more than 35 years.

I highly recommend Olympia on Portage Ave for your cycling and cross country skiing store headquarters and repair shop. Experienced staff, quality products, and good selection. I've been coming here for a number of years. The new owner has done well.

I brought my Giant Trance X to have all the parts swapped over to a new carbon frame for warranty purposes. They took the bike on pretty short notice, and were able to get the work done within a few days. This frame swap was a very complex one with a ton of parts and cable/wire routing, and the work done was top notch. I feel like my bike was very well taken care of throughout. The warranty request with Giant was also completed through Olympia, and they took care of all the back-end work. The staff were friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and caring.

My wife and I brought in our bikes for some rather extensive tune ups to our quite rare drive shaft bikes. We had gone to several bike shops and were rudely told they wouldn't dare touch our bikes or recommend where to go.We were absolutely blown away by Olympia's friendliness and professionalism. Not only did they fix our bikes they actually made them run better than when we got them brand new! Ari is an incredibly skilled bike mechanic and we would recommend everyone check this bike shop out!

I have always had a good experience at Olympia. Have bought three bikes and two sets of cross country skis from them and never been disappointed. The only thing that was disappointing before was the website as it was lacking a lot and so I was very happy to see with the new ownership that they updated the website. It was nice to see a refresh on the inside as well.
