ISW Uniforms Milton

Long lines. Low stock. Terrible parking lot. Out of many sizes even in early August. Now I wait in the same line to pick up my order as all the people who are making orders. I am sure I will be back in a few weeks when the clothes fall apart. HCDSB....please bring back McCarthy or let us source out own clothes that are consistent with the school's dress code!

Today we had an appointment with Andrea and she was amazing! She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the sizing of the uniforms. We were in and out within 15 minutes! A record for my two boys and me!

I am not sure how this company was selected to be the sole provider of uniforms for HDCSB. They never have the stock in that you need. My initial order for 2017 school year was placed in July and didn't arrive until October. I had to return a zip-up sweater 3 times for defective zippers, and in 3 times visiting, they have never had the pieces in stock that I needed. Horrible provider. You shouldn't have to wait 4-6 weeks for every order. If I could give 0 stars I would.

1 star is too generous!Terrible experience again, same as last year!.Employees are just there to get pay not to provide customer service.The gym pants are designed for a clown costume, it doesn't fit well on a slim body.ISW should be ensure that uniform fit all kind of body types.McCarty was and is 100% much better.To bad for us the parents that are obligated to buy ISW's uniforms.

Too bad you can't leave zero stars. The staff is ignorant and rude and treat you as if you are bothering them. I have never been able to go in and purchase what I need and take it home regardless of the time of year I go in. Shelves are always empty and quality is lame at best. I hope HCDSB goes back to McCarthy's, I never had this problem there. The parents should have been involved in choosing a uniform provider, it's our money being thrown away on this garbage and our time wasted trying to buy clothing for school in a store that has not once ever been fully stocked (or helpful) since they won the contract. Completely ridiculous.

Worst experience and service ever. Placed an order since June. Understood all the schools were back ordered and were going to call when sweaters came in. Months later didn't receive a phone call but an email from the school stating that the uniform orders has been filled. Called them and said that I only ordered one instead of two sweaters. So because of their ordering system glitches now I have to wait another couple's of months to receive my order. More like their staff not doing a manual check to see what to order.

The only reason they get 1 star is because I can't give a 0.Terrible attitude on the staff and customer service is non existent.The elder lady with the grey hair that worked during the day on Oct 6th should NOT be allowed to interact with clients as she has 0 respect in her mannerisms or tones when speaking to paying customers. She should honestly be let go.Don't think that because you are our local uniforms supplier that they give you the right to treat people like trash.Even after all the ladies rudeness and attitude she still gave us the wrong order.

The stores manager is rarely pleasant and for the most part rude, milton location. I placed an order for cresting on clothes which i purchased elsewhere before the order was ready i placed a 2nd order with more clothing items needing cresting . I received a text weeks later say my order was ready .. i went in to pick up think i would have 2 orders ready. The manager told me i only had one order and she convinced me i must have already picked it up. 1 week before school started i realized i was missing 4 shirts .. i frequently run around store to store trying to find my sons sizes as most store were very low on inventory as it was less then a week before school opened . I found 2 took them to get the schools logo on.. i got the text in the 2nd or 3rd week of school went to pick them up ... and when i picked up the bag they gave me the order i just placed as well as the missing order i had been trying to find (as i didnt have any money left to buy more and my son had to rewear the same 3 shirt for his 1st 2 weeks of school .. when she handed over the extra order she acted as if it was with the same order i said are u kidding me .. my lost order that u said i had already .. i didn't say anything more but took my bag an left . Once i got to my car i noticed the bag was ripped i checked the cloths and the shirt was ripped as well so i took it back in and showed the manager by the look on her face she had already known the bag and item was damaged

I ordered my son’s uniform at the end of July 2020 and we purchased 5 pieces of clothing for a total of around $183. They didn’t have all of them in stock so they said they will ship a few of them to me by mail. It is currently September 2nd and every time I go there to ask them for it they say it’s still on the way to me. They called us once to go pick it up from the store and when we got there they said it already arrived by mail. And since then, august 13, we’ve gone twice and I haven’t received anything at all.

We have been buying my child’s uniforms here for almost 3 years. This place is an absolute joke. Over priced and absolute terrible quality. We have had to return multiple items because of poor design. From sweaters to shirts to pants which are truly the worst. I am forced to buy clothing here because my child’s school but I would advise anyone to get pants at the Old Navy. They are half the price triple the quality.
