Bert's used to be a great garage. Now... not so much. They have 3 mechanics (2 which are journey men) and they are pushy on upsells and their one mechanic abuses vehicles on test rides. Dispicable.When brought to the attention of the garage, they simply took 0 responsibility and basically denied it. I wouldn't trust them.

Be cerfull. They will fix one and damage another. They don't care about your car but definitely rude to get their pay.I have to take a car to dealership to fix it.
