I’ve attended 2 classes with Colleen. I am already obsessed with it. Highly recommend! Amazing workout but not as strenuous if that makes sense. I’m so excited about continuing my journey with them!

Location is perfect for me, staff is kind and courteous, instructors are helpful and always make adjustments to your individual needs for each class. I purchased 3 months, on my eighth class and already see results, loving it so far!

Amazing staff. The workouts are both challenging and achievable. In a couple of months I have greatly improved strength and toning. Most importantly I have decreased chronic pain in hips and lower back. This place has made me ridiculously happy. It has a wonderful family atmosphere, much nicer than working out at home alone.
