Jenifer went above and beyond making my son’s birthday balloon display! It was perfectly catered to what I said his interests were. Weather permitting, I had asked if it was possible to have it put up before he left for school. Weather cooperated and I could hear the display being set up at around 6am! :) It made a special day even more special, especially during a pandemic when we can’t get out and really do anything - the display helped liven up the day!! Can’t wait for next year’s display :)

Reached out to Cleo for a five year olds birthday, for October 8th. She told me she was taking some well needed time off with her daughter to travel. Great for her for taking some time off. I explained we are in Grand Valley, she asked where is that? I explained it is about an hour away. I asked if I moved the date to the following weekend, if she would be available, she explained that it’s too far and wouldn’t be worth it for a 5 year olds birthday. She explained she has been in business for 23 years, and the commute wouldn’t be worth it. She didn’t ask how many people, what we are looking for or anything. We are having a party with 59 kids, I guess it’s not worth the drive. She also explained that with Covid most people in her industry have gone out of business. I guess we will keep looking and best of luck Cleo.

I ordered the Yard sign and balloons for a 40th birthday celebration. They all came out so fantastic! The yard signs were set up exactly when they said they would be and the balloons also showed up right on time. Great customer service, great quality, super value for my money! Such a fun idea, and the best part is that you literally don't need to do anything but place an order online, and then everything is done for you :)

We had to cancel my sons party last minute and the lawn sign made his day! They made sure it was exactly what he wanted. 10/10 would recommend will be using their services again in the future! Thank you :)

Cleo the Clown’s birthday balloon services for the yard is the perfect way to celebrate a birthday. Cleo puts up the arrangement in the morning and takes it down at night. Giving me more time to spend on other birthday details. She is also great to deal with and there are lots of options for the birthday display. Happy Customer.

We have hired Cleo and her staff for our school year end events for several years!! We have even changed dates to accommodate her schedule we love her so much!! She is very professional and does an amazing job. High quality paints and I love the waterproof paint for the kids...sweat or splash pad no problem!! They are great with kids and do an amazing job every time! Line ups are a mile long and they get through hundreds of kids so fast!! Always the most popular part of our events! I would recommend to anyone!!

100% recommend this company. Very fair priced and delivered exactly what we had discussed. The highlight on top of that was the date we had confirmed on unfortunately fell through as my little was sick so they agreed to postpone until she was better and could enjoy the display!!!
