Geoffrey Gonneau was a pleasure to deal with at the outset. He was able to accommodate our schedule to view a cottage property we were interested in. Showed up early and used the time to educate my wife and I on the market, which he was familiar with. His inspection was thorough and he pointed out what was done well and what was not (both inside and outside), even checking things like whether the bath tub had been fastened down (it was not). He spent almost 1.5 hours on site with us and then delivered his report on time. Well worth the money and will use him again.

This time, I wanted a mold inspection performed and felt more comfortable with a professional home inspector vs. a mold specialist; home inspectors don't offer mold removal services (nor can they make recommendations) so the chance of issues being fabricated or exaggerated is zero.This was my first time dealing with the Gonneau Team. Geoffrey himself performed the mold inspection, and I honestly couldn't be more impressed with his service. The mold testing itself was extensive and thorough, and additionally he took me through every area of my home offering the sort of aesthetic/quality/safety/preventative/money-saving observations and suggestions that only an extremely experienced, dynamic, and educated professional could offer.Additionally, he was especially polite and likeable. We were very happy and pleased with Geoff and his service. He was able to come right away to easily meet our offer to purchase deadline.
