My first purchase from Meadowvale Ford was in 2012. I have always had my Ford vehicles serviced there. I recently purchased a 2022 Escape Hybrid plug-in in August 2022 and am continuing to have this vehicle serviced there. We were simply doing an oil change and check-in was easy and my vehicle was ready in no time at all. Wendi and the rest of the team are courteous, efficient and a joy to work with.

He took the time to set up the My Ford app on my phone and walk me through the use of the app. Offered a tour the service the Meadowvale Ford provides and answered all my questions accurately and was able to finds the answers to questons he did not know.

Took my truck in for service and a recall into dealership. There was another issue with it as well. Wendy was my customer service representative. Truck stayed at dealership for an issue but Wendy was great!! Was put in a rental in the meantime. Got my truck back in working order. Will be bringing my truck back to continue getting services done here.
