Just got my range hoods installed! It literally has lightened my kitchen up and makes the entire kitchen shiny. My range hoods is JQG7505. It’s so quiet that I can barely hear it when I’m cooking. The LED light makes cooking experience best ever. The best part of JQG7505 is that you can turn it on and off by just waving your hand. No touching needed so no odors.Customer service was great, Ray and Joyce have provided outstanding services and customer care from beginning to end.Installation process was worry free. They got everything properly arranged. I just needed to clean out the space before they came.Highly recommended. Little pricey but definitely worth it.

We just bought their EMS 9030 model. Brilliant service especially for installation and after sales. At beginning we worried about buying a new hood since our cabinets is quite unique and I thought not suitable for a wall-mount model, but the old build-in hood makes noise and not suct oil at all. Then we decide taking a shot and follow what my sister said. I went Fotile and they gave their installer Shane Zhou contact who sent me few sample pictures and inquired our build in size. After few days they came and put it on for me. What a nice fit !!! Before I would thought wall mounted model could dis-abbey my kitchen style now it exceeded my expectation. Thank for their professional service and now I could have quiet and powerful mod in my European style kitchen where I can cook strong taste food!!

Before I got here, I thought it’s just a place sell and buy range hoods. This great showroom gave my family many creative ideas of designing our new kitchen. The staffs were friendly, introduced every detail even we didn’t purchase anything. Which impressed me the most is the sitting area. My parents can sit here and enjoy the sunshine while waiting me. I will definitely come back for their amazing range hood.

Amazing product, that I'd never herd of before. Best range hood I've ever seen for multiple cooking styles.Install guy was awesome as well. Highly recommended to give this hood a try. It moves a lot of air!

Great product, poor installation serviceWe purchased the Fotile JQG7505 and had it installed by Micahel, one of the technicians recommed by the store.Pro: helpful customer service in store, great working product, good capture of fumes, powerful yet quietCon: Poor installation service. I was surprised to find half ot the shelf missing after installation (see before and after pics).Michael did not communicate the plan to change the duct and remove part of the shelf above the cabinet. I was not sure if this was truly necessary, and would have appreciated a heads up at the very least.好产品，但装置员招呼都不打就把柜子给锯了。换管道也是先不问，直接做了就要钱。Update: I checked in with my father who reported that he didn't remember being asked about this revision. Regardless, there was some mistunderstanding. However, I appreciated that Raymond from Fotile has reached out to me to better understand the issue.

I and my wife have just attended the demonstrations of steam oven from Fontile. The chef prepared a few dishes of using different functions of the oven.The dishes are delicious and easy done with the help of the oven. My wife does recommend the oven to her friends and she uses everyday !

We are so happy on purchasing Fotile JQG7505. It looks fantastic. It has great suctions which significantly reduce kitchen odors, airborne toxins and oil. It’s so easy to clean as well. We have also engaged three installers from Fithotech to install new vent that leads from indoor to outdoor with two 90-degree elbows. They have done an amazing job! Fithotech is highly recommended for the range hood installations and vent changes!

We purchased the vent hood from here. Excellent product! And great customer service. We had to exchange the hood shroud for a longer one and it was done quickly with no complicated processing.Updated: Still the best thing we added to our kitchen renovation. Hood captures smoke from front burners. Easy to clean grease from filters. Worth every penny.The Fotile hood is one of the best things we put into our kitchen reno. We have a small house (war-time bungalow) and every time there is even a hint of smoke - think toast, never mind a great steak searing - the smoke alarms would be triggered.
