I've been struggling to find a great long hair barber/hairdresser in Vancouver, but after a trip to Thom, I've definitely found just that. I booked in with Jordan who did a seriously good job and is a really nice guy too. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give 5 stars! The place and people seemed wonderful. The reason I cannot is that when I made my booking, I made it very clear over the phone and by email that I was hoping to change my hairstyle and get some guidance from a stylist. I had offered to pay more for this, but was ensured that a consult was a part of the process.When I sat down in the chair and mentioned that I was not entirely sure where I wanted to go with my hair, I was made to feel that I had broken an unspoken rule about not having a clear idea before coming in.We ended up doing the same hairstyle, just shorter.I went to another barber the next day, and to the Thom. stylist's credit, the next barber did say they did a good job of cutting the hair.So, it was a good" haircut - just make sure you know what you want!"

I had my hair cut by Jordan. My hair needed a bit of weight taken off the sides, and layers for texturing. I love the end result!I got a cheeky whiff of the hair product Jordan used in my hair as I was walking home and I can safely say I smell delish - a bonus on top of a good haircut.Jordan was super friendly and chatty, and was extremely professional. They explained why they were making certain cuts, and gave advise on how to style it.I was pretty nervous about getting me hair cut as this is only the second time I've had my hair cut since I went short. Safe to say, I'm delighted with my hair now.Salon environment was welcoming too, super clean and the tunes were kicking. Will definitely return!Thanks so much Jordan! Dickies sponsorship pending

I have been going a few times to Thom already so it’s time to give them a review. Personally, I found that going to a salon is a therapeutic experience where I feel good about taking care of myself, and it’s important for me to trust the person who’s doing my haircut. That’s the case at this place, I truly trust them on their suggestion about what better option suits to the shape of my head and they help me to understand the way my hair wants to be naturally. Jordan is a beauty and Janelle has the vibe. I recommend this place 100%, love the energy in there and I always leave with a big smile on my face. I’m happy I found my regular salon in Vancouver. Thanks a lot guys.

Started coming here a few years ago when I was in need of a new barber. Reviews for Janelle were glowing and said she would not just cut hair but consult on what's best for your hair and would look good, so I booked with her. Everything since I have been seeing her and she is exactly what I was looking for, I tell her what I want and she will give recommendations and tell me what's best and gives me a nice cut every time. You pay a bit more here, but in my opinion it's worth it for the knowledge and skill that she brings to the table.

Melanee is the best stylist I've been to. Been there 3 times now. After the first time i knew I had found the person I want to cut my hair.Super friendly person, great atmosphere and very reasonable pricing for a high end shop. Very strongly recommend giving her a shot

Brett is awesome and totally saved me from a grown out and uneven cut. The salon is so clean and stylish and I felt totally safe in his hands! Left with an awesome cut and feeling fresh. I’ll be back soon!

Awesome space with very friendly, helpful staff! Coffee and water available while waiting in their very bright, clean space. Friendly conversation with hairdresser, and ended appointment with a hot face towel. Would definitely recommend to anyone for a stellar experience and amazing haircut!

Great place for men’s hair care. Thom has set up a wonderful experience at his Salon and everyone that works there upholds this standard. Mel is my girl and she does the best job when working on my hair and style. Anyone that wants an elevated salon experience- book today.

Connor was my hair stylist. First time using this business and I have to say it’s been my favourite time in a barbers chair since I was a child.Pleasant staff, offered water or coffee and just made me welcomed. You get a great cut and a great experience at a very reasonable price. Connor was amazing.
