Simon makes you feel very comfortable and really listens to what your areas of concern are and makes his treatment plan accordingly. He is patient, kind and his treatments are very effective. He also provides a lot of tips and tricks for stretches and strengthening to help in addition to his treatment.

I had been having issues with my leg for over a year and then a miss step suddenly made it acute, after six weeks I made an appointment after a friend referred me. I expected to be having to go for months but after three visits I was able to hike without painkillers and sit on hard surfaces without pain. I’m amazed! Thank you Simon.

Simon is amazing as he listens to your concerns and really tries to help you improve. It is a non aggressive treatment, which I like. Simon will give you stretches or will recommend other assistive devices that will help you but doesn’t push anything on you. Very knowledgeable and kind!

My first time going to an Osteopath, I'm so amazed on how well I feel ,having pain for about a year and after my first visit I could not believe how good I felt .Simon takes time with you and the treatment is not aggressive.

Simon is excellent. He is very knowledgeable and is happy to answer any questions and share his knowledge with you. I've had several areas of concern, and because of my job, I often have pain in my neck, shoulders, back, and ribs. After seeing Simon on the regular for over a year, I've barely had any pain all year. Daily life is so much better! He will also suggest stretches to do to help between appointments too.I can't recommend him enough 10/10

On my first visit I had no idea what an osteopath did!! But after a few treatments I am happy I found Simon. He has helped with my osteoarthritis in my legs tremendously plus other muscle related issues. If you have any question for Simon regarding exercise, weight loss etc he is very helpful. Book now relief later!! Very friendly atmosphere and staff!
