I understand that we are living in a post covid world, but what is the point of being a Walk-in" Clinic if every time I walk in I'm told I need to call and make an appointment. Kinda' defeats the purpose doesn't it? I'm better off visiting an Urgent care facility or the hospital itself at this point."

Always a great experience at Royal West medical center. The staff and doctors are awesome and always accommodating. I had to take my son for an urgent walk in for high fever and even though there were other appointments, Rabia prioritized my son to be seen asap. Thank you Rabia for being considerate and for your assistance.

As a patient of this practise for well over 5 yearsDisappointed in the depreciation of practise!!Mainly in wait times , lack of follow up with call on eg… blood work !!Being double charge on regular visitation meanwhile submitting to ohip.Doctor leaving practise without notifying patient that there are changes to patient care and or provider!The staff ….. from my view point is definitely overwhelmed including the doctor, on the days I have attended at the practice…. This is demonstrated by the extensive wait times and the amount of ppl waiting. Despite this the staff is so patient and gracious.

Rabia Fatima is quite helpful. She understood my needs and provided me assistance accordingly. She went an extra mile to request the pharmacist to wait for my prescription although it was time to close the pharmacy so that I could get the medicine when I needed it the most. Not to forget to mention thank you to Ibrahim the pharmacist for his kind patience and assistance too, really appreciate both of them, Thank you.

It is always a great experience there.Staff is very friendly. We had appointment with Dr. Meghji for many years now. He is a very caring, respectful, professional and sincere doctor. Also, Mushail is always helpful whenever we go there. She always guide us in a very professional manner.Overall its great experience

Dr. Meghaji is very good doctor but the receptionist working there name Disha very rude and giving wrong information. I have called to inquire about my blood test report. It was a emergency for me for medication prescription that’s y i was confirming that they received my report. I can also see my report online and in there some all the test were cancelled so i was making sure that they received the report in full ? First two time i called and. She talked with me very rudely and told me to you have to contact to lab. I was keep calling lab but they were not answering the call. Next day i called again and lady name Michelle told me they don’t receive full report she said she is going to confirm with lab and will give me an update. I still didn’t heard anything back so in afternoon I called again and the Disha picked the call again when i ask her she just told me rudely that they have the report in full and hang up the call. When i talk with doctor in the evening she said they don’t have full reports so i need to take another appointment. Very bad experience .Disha should be trained how to talk with patients and to help them

0 compassion0 accountabilityDr. Fatima and her receptionist on May6th,2023 are the worst of healthcare in Canada. The staff and doctors at this clinic only care about money. DO NOT take your kids to this clinic. DO NOT take your loved ones to this clinic.We took our baby there and we were 20 minutes late as we were stuck in traffic. Completely our fault. The doctor was roaming around freely and they had 0 patients waiting. They still refused to see our baby! And wouldn’t make another appointment for the day. They told us to come back tomorrow although they had appointments available for the day.DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC

Two days back I took appointment for today at 3.50 to see the family doctor.I came from my work place and went to see the doctor. When I reached they told Doctor is on the way and I have to wait two hours. Very nasty place. No responsibility for the staff and Doctor. This clinic is very bad. Staff of this clinic is very rude. Never go to this place pls. Very dirty and nasty place. Too much bad smell come from clinic. Not cleaned well. Never recommend this clinic. Never go to this place. Don’t waste your time pls

PLEASE AVOID THIS CLINICBeen a patient at this clinic for so many years, since after the pandemic things got worst at this clinic (Royal West), you cannot see a doctor, you have to see an assistant ! That is absolutely wrong! I was there few weeks with a bad cold, the assistant prescribed a syrup, even after telling her I have high blood pressure and heart attack due to Hight blood pressure and to make sure the syrup will be okay and told me not too worry, When I went to the pharmacy they didn't want to give it to me, said that syrup is not good for someone with I blood pressure, So my question is why we cannot see a doctor and we have to trust an assistant who has no clue of the patient history.
