Many factors constitute fantastic service, and Mercil exceeded them all in my experience. I had back and neck pain and was looking for help as each day seemed to be getting worse. I was immediately shut down with no availability in most places but Mercil was able to fit me in on short notice. She was extremely polite, courteous, and accommodating to my needs. The massage was the best I have ever had and was exactly what I needed. My back went from pain and stiffness to relaxed and supple. Mercil is truly a gifted healer. Highly recommend.
