Great service, helped me get my UK passport. Didi was my worker and was very helpful. These types of things can be stressful with all the forms, but immigroup and Didi didn't add to the stress. They made it easier with great communication. I would recommend this service. Thank you.

Working with Sean at Immigroup was a great experience. He helped us with getting a citizenship certificate quickly after we had tried on our own for months. Sean was always quick to respond to any email and guided us towards completing the application packet correctly.

I don't give good ratings easily. But what Immigroup did is certainly worth it. They did amazing work overturning our refusal decision for Visitor Visa for a parent instructing us what documents to collect, navigating through the process, and advising us from making mistakes that we were poised to do. This is something that you have to work really hard on to make them change their decision. The cover letter written on our behalf was absolutely fantastic highlighting all the strengths of our application and making crystal clear why the applicant is not going to break immigration laws. We are grateful to Immigroup team and Anthony in particular for the brilliant work they've done for us.

I received my passport in October and had nothing but great experiences when working with this company! I was applying for my first UK Adult Passport and Bonnie made it so easy and quick. I tried to do this on my own a couple of years ago and gave up quickly. When I researched other ways to get it, I found Immigroup and called them to ask some questions. Even a brief phone call answered all my questions seamlessly. Thank you Bonnie for making the process so smooth, I got to use my passport not even a month after receiving it in the UK! Very happy!

I had an absolutely horrible experience trying to get my first adult UK passport through Immigroup. Although Bonnie was kind and quick in responding, she did not provide the services expected from Immigroup. Firstly, I asked her when I would get my passport and she said it is between 4-6 weeks after being processed but more like 5 weeks. It took me slightly less than 3 months AFTER Bonnie gave up on my case. Secondly, the point of paying for this service is to have my documents checked over before sending them to the HM Passport office in the U.K. After 2 months of waiting for my passport, Bonnie gave up on my application. After 9 weeks, I found out on my own that there were issues with my documents that I fixed up on my own since Immigroup gave up on my application. These issues should have been caught BEFORE my application was sent out. If they were I would have gotten my passport a lot earlier. I would advise going through this process on your own rather than going through Immigroup and paying their large fee. If you do decide to go through Immigroup make sure they check all of your documents properly so you don't have to go through my terrible experience.

Sean Hale at Immigroup could not have been more helpful throughout the process of applying for citizenship. He was quick to respond with his lovely emails. The process was much quicker than expected and he processed and forwarded all my papers the day he received them. That to me is quite exceptional service. I have already recommended Immigroup to another family member. Out of a 5 star rating, I would like to give them 6 stars!
