Food is good. When it is made correctly. However it always seems like something is missed or my order never delivers as expected. Also chicken is very bland and could use some seasoning. I visit the Freshii at the airport as well as on St. James and have always had a near perfect experience.

Excellent plant based meals options - you might have to forego the animal protein or other small ingredients to have a fully plant based meal.

Freshii is always my first choice if i have to eat out for dinner. I was served both orders with UNCOOKED rice. The employee even tasted it and spat it in the garbage. Was told new rice will be ready in a couple minutes. More like 10-15. Left. Came back in the time discussed with the employee working. Food still wasn't ready and also thought it would be ok to serve more customers before remaking the bowls. Big fan of freshii and many other locations. But never this one again. Also, portion sizes are way smaller than other locations. Asked for a full refund and made to feel like I was in the wrong. This all took about 40 minutes.

Have enjoyed freshii numerous times at the st. James street location, at least once a week for a year now.This locations version was bland, tasteless and less in the portion size.My wife left hers uneaten.Although I ate all of mine because I was so hungry from not eating all day, I understood and concurred with her disappointment.Freshii being a franchise should be consistent at all locations.We do not recommend this location unless they get up to consistency with the st. James location.I will be watching out for the latest reviews to see if there are improvements before attending this location again.Too bad, this location was convenient for my wife and I on every Wednesday night.

Loved it! First time here. Great food choices, not just another burger or wrap. Fun staff, cooperative with unexpected requests (definitely go for the extra toppings on the yogurt!). Fun atmosphere and no belly ache after due to greasy fast food. Yum!

Would have given this 5 stars if the sauce wasn’t lacking on my last 3 orders…When i order in person I always get the perfect amount of sauce, often it comes on the side which is perfect but the last 3 times I’ve ordered through Uber or skip the sauce was either missing or not enough… consider putting a FULL 2oz sauce on the side

Pretty disappointed by their product. Will never order a salad from here again. Wet, soggy vegetables, minimal protein. I counted 5 pieces of chicken in total. No larger than your pinky nail. I think I got 7 pieces of lettuce altogether.You lost yourself a customer.
