I always like Swiss Chalet. This visit was extremely busy for dinner, and seemingly understaffed at about 4pm on Saturday. Very soon after, a number of wait staff appeared as well as a large number of dinner guests. Always a popular spot on the weekend in summer. The food was good, hot and fresh.

Was less than impressed during my Saturday evening visit. It started by waiting nearly 15 minutes for three waters, which would be fine if the restaurant was packed, but there were only four other tables. Our order didn’t take long, but when it came the food was dismal. We ordered one kids meal (which was decent) and two chicken Caesar’s that were half the portion of what you’d typically get at any other Swiss Chalet. Parts of the salad were brown wilted lettuce and there was almost no chicken and very little dressing. We then asked for a side of fries and were served a literal handful. Our server was friendly, but kept disappearing… we waited almost a half hour to get our bill. Disappointing.

1. They just ignore orders placed from the app and curbside pickup orders. Waited half an hour, no notification that my order was ready. Immune compromised so why must I go in, and told I can't hear you" because I'm wearing a mask.2. The layout isn't obvious

We arrived at 530, it took about an hour for our food to arrive, and it was also a pretty long wait for our bills. The food was amazing, and our server Tyler was also very amazing and well mannered. We noticed management was being pretty bossy, yet was not stepping in to help the servers when it was clearly busy and understaffed, wish the manager whoever she is would have stepped up to help instead of seating herself at a table. Tyler, you were amazing! Very overworked, but amazing !

Waited close to 10 minutes to be seated in a fairly empty restaurant. Many of the staff saw us and did nothing. At least 3 other people experienced the same level of poor service. Waited another 5 minutes to be served. Seems from the other reviews you have a problem. The question is will you take action and do something about it or continue to provide sloppy service.

I ordered a 1/4chicken dark meat dinner eith spring rolls, no dinner roll and a Caesar salad as the side with a Blackberry Bubbly drink. This is what I got....kinda really messed up the order. New takeout packaging is problematic. Brown cardboard box with no window inside of a stapled brown paper bag... no way to see if you got what you ordered!

Visited the restaurant on a Tuesday night with my family and was surprised to see they have little to no staff on. I mean literally only 2 servers and no hostess for the whole dining room. The place filled up pretty quickly meaning they were very far behind.Thankfully, our server was great and made the experience good! (so sorry, forger her name)Food was decent, but all the fries were rock hard. Seems like they were old and re fried multiple times.Learned from my server that is A regular occurrence due to decisions made by management.Very poorly run establishment

Waited at the takeout for good 7 to 10 minutes though there was no customers. Shouted couple of times to people to take my order no response at all and was ignored twice. At last someone was there to take the order asked for the cookies and 2 pies but didn’t had any and was so arrogant. Never going to come back and will suggest everyone to not visit this place.

9 Year ago today, my father passed away. So I decided I didn't want to be sat alone in the apartment. I tried to think of a restaurant that I could go to, somewhere I always went as a kid and somewhere that hadn't changed over the years and somewhere that my dad always loved. I am so glad I opted for Swiss Chalet. Once again, I was super happy with all the food and glad to see that, unlike other places, it hasn't gone down hill. Everything was absolutely delicious. The restaurant was pristine and the staff were really polite and fast to respond. I know my dad would have approved. Thank you for a delightful night and I will definitely be coming in again.

Everything was awful. Do not eat here!!!! They get your order in 30 minutes and they still forget your order. And food was also awful. There were no vegan options. The bun has egg on it. And when you ask them they don’t inform you properly. Also, their veggie burger is the worst burger you can ever taste.
