What a disgusting business. First they put the wrong part on the truck and then argue with you needlessly. Stay away.

Towed my car from the 401 when I broke down. Recommended a good local repair shop on the phone and dropped me off a coffee shop to kill time. Nice people.

They are providing towing and repair service for trucks.Brad is nice technician there. He is friendly and gentle. He explained very well about my truck. He tried everything. Diagnosing my engine and finding all error codes and fixing them. but I needed to go to dealership. It is computer reprograming issue.I am satisfied with his service. If I have another problems, I will visit here again. Hopefully no more problems.

I would like to give them a 0 star rating, but this is the lowest option. My mother just had an accident (car went out of control on an icy road). The police officer who came to the site assisted her in calling for towing service and I guess theses guys were the only ones to answer, but they took more than two hours to get there and the kind officer waited for them and advised which body shop for them to take her car, because my mother still went to work after the accident. They didn't deliver the car until more than 24 hours later, and only after holding the car hostage and demanding $600 from my mom, who had to phone every towing company in town to find out who took her car (they didn't even bother to call to let her know where her car was). Their sorry excuse was that they didn't know where to take the car. BS. As a company if you want to ensure you get paid for your services, there are better ways of doing it. Shame on you for taking advantage of a poor soul who just had a traumatic experience.Correction: My mom told me that the police officer had advised her which towing company had taken the car, but she didn't catch the name which is why she had to make calls to figure it out.

I've heard a lot of negative things about this towing and repair facility. However, one day I needed a Blazer towed, so in the process of checking around, I called these folks up. Whomever answered the phone was apparently being distracted from something else besides my call. While I did eventually get the information I was seeking, I did not get the impression that they were at all interested in providing that towing service for me, so I went with another local business. That said, they did at least answer the phone, hence the 2 star rating instead of just one.

The company was called to repair the trailer, so I didn't call them, I asked them to change the air bag on the truck, they did it and charged me an air bag at double the price in Peterbilt, which costs $ 180, and they charged me $ 350. Not a good garage avoid them and they are very arrogant in office,not mechanic.

Friendly and well trained knowledgeable drivers, and the staff at the office are very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Had a great experience at this multi generation family built business Service was excellent. Great communication and they we’re very accommodating alongside a very friendly environment. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner during my visit who was pleasant and took the time needed to speak with me. Would highly recommend Chadwick’s Towing & Repair.

I get my car impounded in Downtown Cobourg, for a mistake with the ownership of my old Honda Accord; The police officer decided to call this company to impound my car, and after 2 days I decide to go an withdraw my car (with all my documents in order), I was expecting a bill around $200 or $300 considering the situation of this case, they just move the car couple Km away. My surprise was bigger when the receptionist show me a bill that was $491 !!!?, I'm a college student and I really can't afford that bill, but I pay anyways, they charge me ridiculous charges like $60 per day just to your my car stay in his frontward, licking ensure $ (my car wasn't even licking), and an additional charge for the type of tuck $ my car was impounded with, that as I say is not a big deal, it was a regular car size, I consider that this price is ridiculous and an abuse for citizens. I wish I could sue them for this bill but unfortunately, I don't have the time or the resources to, stay away from this company.

horrible customer service and they will argue with you over anything if there’s a chance they can get more money. Disgusting business that i would avoid at allcosts.
