I show up for my appointment, say I haven't been feeling too well for the past two weeks (neck injury caused by car accident 4 months ago), so she decides I need to see a doctor (which is fine and that's what I did). The problem is she offered to write a short letter to my family doctor and then charged ICBC for a 45-minute massage session, meaning that I now have one less massage covered by the insurance. Seriously, don't waste your time there.
