There are not enough positive words to describe our experience with Joanne, as she has worked so hard to help us sell and purchase a home. We first met Joanne almost a decade ago when we sold our first home and we were determined to remain repeat clients after that initial experience. Throughout every step of the buying and selling process, Joanne was right there to answer ANY questions we had and has a wealth of knowledge and connections to wonderful resources (stager, photographer, lawyer, mortgage broker etc). I have known Alysha for years so when it came time to buy our first home, it was a no brainer for us to reach out and ask for her to be our realtor!First of all, as a person Alysha is kind and caring, and secondly she is extremely knowledgeable, flexible and was able to answer any questions that we had (which was a lot)! She constantly communicated with us at any/all hours of the day (I think we officially bought our house at 11pm on a week night) and helped us work through the home buying process. She was able to adapt to our needs and fit into our schedules, which made everything stress free and as easy as possible! My most recent sale was my second sale with Joanne. She is confident, has a great attitude and it’s evident that she has a passion for helping others. Her knowledge and work ethic always leaves me feeling confident working with her. Her response is quick, she considers all facets of the projected sale and she worked with me to accomplish all that was essential to create a successful listing. In the end, Joanne properly showcased my home and made it more marketable and she was creative in developing the MLS listing to attract the right buyer; 3 days on the market, 20+ showings, 7 offers, sold above asking! My family has known Joanne for a long time and have used her services for buying/selling several homes including my parents. Joanne and her assistant Megan are outstanding and trustworthy. In this day and age with the number of realtors out there, it can be hard finding the right realtor to put your trust into. Joanne is that person. When we eventually move (hopefully not for another 10-15 years, sorry Joanne) we will definitely be using her (as long as she's not retired yet lol). Just a note that Joanne sold our last house back in the spring in less than a week !
