The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Granville Island
Went with my husband to celebrate our anniversary and we received complimentary champagne and a cute congratulations card message. We ordered lobster + shrimps and scallops and salmon, food was good. They brought complimentary bread with butter which was really warm and tasty.

Food was really good, I order shrimp cocktail as an appetizer and Teriyaki Sirloin. Husband got steak and lobster and was very happy too. We got a free complimentary drink and a free dessert because we were celebrating our anniversary. We also got a really nice congratulation message. Our waitress was extra nice and super attentive, the only thing I would say can be improved is the job the hostesses do sitting parties. I think seating a loud family with children yelling next to a couple who made reservation for a “romantic” dinner table was not appreciated.

Have always come here when I wanted to have a good, resonantly priced steak at a cozy place. We like the location here because the service is always top notch. The staff is accommodating and always pays attention to detail.My husband always orders the prime rib and he loves it. I like the filet mignon.We tried their dine-out this year and it was a good experience. The only feedback I have is the shell of the lemon tart is a bit too thick and dry.

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant with my parents to celebrate Father's Day, and it was an awesome experience. Our server Kelly was super nice and helpful, and made the evening even more enjoyable. She even spoke Cantonese, which was a big help for my parents. Kelly was very considerate towards my elderly parents and helped us split our plates. Overall, the service was top-notch and I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you, Kelly, for making our Father's Day celebration one to remember!

I had wished there was a little more roast beef in the lunch sandwich, but it was very good.Parking continues to be an issue on Granville Island. But worth the stress.

As with most steakhouses during xmas season, the Keg is always busy. Fortunately, we managed to get reservations here on a Sunday.While we were waiting for our table, I tried the agua fresca with strawberries, cucumber, mint, agave, and lime soda. A fairly refreshing drink.In addition to our usual order (ie. rib steak and prime rib) we tried a few new items on the menu... The three pepper mac and cheese and the Caesar Brussels sprouts. Both of these sides turned out quite well.The Keg is pretty consistent with their entrees and I didn't have any complaints with the steak.I do wish they didn't get rid of the brownie sundae dessert... I know they try to push their Billy Miner... And I'm not opposed to it... But I feel like it's changed ever so slightly over time and isn't as good as before. The brownie sundae was like our stalwart dessert that we could always rely on.
