Staff are good and friendly, lots of veracity. I get Jasmine flowers during our festivals. They take special order and get the order promptly.

0 stars.This was my first visit to this store as I was in the neighborhood and found it on Google search. As the store was new to me, had to go around few times to find things I need. There was this old man at the counter who was very creepily stalking at us all the time. Felt like either the staff at this place are very creepy always or it is a front for something and they are worried about it when they see new people in the store.The items were priced higher than other places. There were some stuff got from Dollarama and being sold for more than double price as well.The staff was so disrespectful and insults at the checkout if you don't buy bags from them.

I live in Hamilton. I drove 60km to buy some stuffs for me.. just started to make food and didn’t go well so i try to check best before date and noticed date has been hidden by marker and sticker looks like product is expired. I checked another package and found that package is already expired November 2022 and i did grocery on 24th December. I should check it before buying. Other side you guys pls dont hide it and try to keep fresh grocery. Bad bad experience.Went for refund and talk to them. They were helpful so changing reviews from 1 to 4 star. Top of that store is clean, with wide variety of Indian products and yes reasonable price

Here comes the end to the wait! Finally, Om India is in Kitchener. I have visited the store today and been welcomed nicely. The prices are fair compared to other Indian Grocery stores. They are giving Tulsi plants and Agarbatti as complimentary gift to the customers. I highly recommend to visit the store for Indian Groceries with plenty of options! :)

Great grocery store for indian food . Many things available here for indian grocery which you cant find in big malls . And here is my fav . Shrikhand from Keshav . Some of things are very expensive but rare . So, if you still want you get from here like these delicious mangoes .

One of the best stores in town for Indian people. Varieties of items available which can be used in day to day life. Also home tastes of spices and vegetables available in the shop.

Wide range of Indian groceries. I like the store and cashier(men)on till is always good but never buy Veg puffs and vadapavs whenever I bought(I bought couple of times giving benefits of doubt) got fungus in it once and 2nd/3rd time taste has turned really bad so had to throw away.Not sure why they are not throwing away bad food but selling.

Om India is our go-to speciality store for Indian groceries. The store is run by a friendly couple who's always eager to help and greet customers with a warm smile. One can find a wide variety of products at this store right from packaged snacks, all kinds of flours, oils, dairy products, fresh produce, ready to eat meals, drinks etc. Their collection of frozen food is also incredible.Om India also stocks some tradition Indian kitchen utensils, cookware and serveware as well as basic puja/mandir materials. They also have some health and hygiene products such as OTC medicines, hair care and skin care items.You will also easily find top quality Alphonso and Kesar mangoes during the mango season!

This place has a great range for the products that are required for an Indian household, undisputedly best place for Indian grocery in Kitchener. The only concern is price for some products but that is quite obvious for Indian items which are only exclusive to Indian subcontinent only. The staff is helpful and friendly. Well, never been disappointed from this place while doing an Indian grocery particularly.
