This Chez Gerard is phenomenal. The customer service is excellent and the food is really good. The prices are somewhat better than the one on Concorde.Picked up food many times, and it has always been good.

I get it that it's a fast food place but don't offer a salad if you're not going to wash it first. I paid over 11$ for a Caesar salad (no extras). The lettuce was dirty and to top it off- a blue collar worker with very dirty hands helped himself to the croutons behind the counter. I guess he's a regular customer so they don't bother him. He reached into the jar of croutons, took out a handful - put his grubby hands to his mouth and then reached in a couple more times. These are the very same croutons that were on my salad! Ewwwww!

Been going there since I was 6 years old, spot never changed, same owner same awesome fast food. They don't mess around with the Quebec classics. Won't regret.

My brother and I went to this place. WE DID NOT REGRET IT!!! Best poutine in town. Tall man served us with the best service. (He is the owner or manager) Will be back soon for sure!
