Structube”s online ordering system is a disaster. I ordered “in stock” items a few months ago and there is still no response from the company on when they will arrive. I went and asked a store associate about my order and still no answer, as there is zero communication between the actual stores and the online system. If you are looking to receive your products in a reasonable time frame do not order from their website.

1st and last purchase at STRUCTUBE ~ BUYER BEWARE ~ POOR QUALITY and CUSTOMER SERVICEWorst experience bought a bench on Feb. 23rd that collapsed the 1st time I sat on it :( - I weigh 145 pounds.Had to negotiate for a replacement leg from floor model - same thing - down she went the third time I sat on it.3rd try to get this right ~ manager says a replacement bench will be ordered and one to arrive weeks later on Monday, March 27th. The manager said she would call when it arrived in store. Thursday, March 30th No call.I call the store on March 30th, staff AJAY has no idea where the bench in and says I have to wait another day until the manager is in. Then he starts to quote policy, when I express my concern about the bench failing a third time and got upset when I was told I would not get a refund.AJAY hung up on me and then the store staff would not answer my call when I tried to call back.I had to call the Langley store to talk to store manager Paolo to get resolution. Paolo informed me the bench costing over $260 was “decorative and not structural sound enough to be sat on” ?? He did agree to give me a refund and call the Abbotsford store for me.1st and last purchase at STRUCTUBE ~ BUYER BEWARE ~ POOR QUALITY and CUSTOMER SERVICE.

It's a furniture store. Some of the stuff is good and some not my style. Its a good store to browse. We liked a couple of items. Are we going to buy - not sure at the moment but will keep the store in our mind.

Listen to the negative reviews. Be very aware that even if your items show as in stock". It will take MONTHS for it to arrive. My order was lost 3 times and each time they gave me an excuse. It ended up taking 4 months for my items to arrive even though it showed as in stock. Customer service reps never had a solution for me."

Great place is have the money and want some unique furniture. I would recommend going when not busy to test out furniture and really understand what you want in person, instead of buying right from the website.

I popped in Structube’s location at High Street approx. 15 minutes before closing this evening to see if they had a particular area rug I saw on their website available to look at.A female associate was vacuuming near the front of the store and I stopped to ask her a couple questions about the rug and the ordering / delivery process. She was incredibly kind, helpful and resourceful - offering to look to see if this particular area rug was available at the local distribution centre. She explained the process and lead times in detail if the rug was to ship from their Montreal distribution centre.I was super grateful for the info and the excellent customer service. I wish I got her name so I could property thank her for her assistance. It’s rare you get this quality of an in-store experience anymore. I’m excited to order this area rug.Thank you!

Five stars customer services in this location!Zara was extremely helpful and patient with us. She would even carry the chair to upstairs so we can pick the right color that matches with the the chosen sofa. Store manager was also very nice and supportive of his staffs. Great vibes here!Delivery was a bit complicated as we purchased one of the display item and it’s to be delivered at the same time as other in-stock warehouse items. They all come at the same time as promised.We paid $50 extra to have the sofa, dinning table and chairs delivered into the rooms. I highly recommend this service as there’s no way we could push that 6’ wide sofa into the living room if it’s left at the front door.We are very happy with the whole process. Thank you!

Great selection of products, and smooth in store experience. Shout out to the staff at the Abbotsford location for being friendly, helpful and going above and beyond - I appreciate you for pointing out the crack on the floor model I picked so there’s no surprise when I got home.

We like the look and feel of their products but after not one but two deliveries that arrived damaged (a kitchen table and a bedroom dresser), we're done with this business. Replacements take weeks to arrive and we're stuck walking around the damage goods and the boxes which clutter our house.Simple business model, we give you the money, you deliver undamaged goods.
