Wow I thought the reviews were wrong and was going to give this clinic a try but the receptionist was so rude, I asked if they were a walk in, and I had another question asking if I could book an appointment but before I even finished my question she hung up on me. What a rude receptionist she needs to be taught some phone manners. Never returning.

Not only is Dr. Mann a great GP, he's also one of the best medical professionals I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Professional, kind, courteous and a pleasure to deal with - and he genuinely cares about his patients. The office staff is also kind and sincere.

Doesn't accept new patients...... Then don't call yourself a clinic...... I don't understand why you're here clinics are supposed to be a walk-in for the public.... Zero Stars

Dr Gandham has been our family doc for years. He's a excellent and caring person. He's done a lot for our family and I'm greatful. The only downside is that there are higher wait times during many visits. But overall, he's a great Doc

They need to fire the receptionist named Priyanka as soon as possible, some of the worst customer service I have ever received. She was absolutely rude over the phone and countless times I have attempted to reach her for issues and have been unable to do so. Because of this, our family will be switching doctors from Dr. Mann, who we actually like. Just unacceptable from a professional, medical clinic.

I have been going to Dr Michael Mann for the past three years, and I have to say that Dr. Mann is very caring, knowledgeable, professional, empathetic, and efficient when it comes to delivering care. In April 2022 I was diagnosed with H Pylori along with a combination of gastro-oesophageal reflux disease. Dr. Mann did a great job at finding the root cause of my stomach issues I was experiencing and was quick to take action for my treatment. It took a few months to make a full recovery and Dr. Mann did an amazing job with his support. I highly recommend this doctor for all your medical needs. Thank you for everything you have done for me during my recovery and continue to do.

Dr.Mann is indeed wonderful. The front desk could be a little better but it's enough to deter me from having Dr. Mann as my GP. I am very grateful to have such a wonderful Dr. Ever since the pandemic started, every time I call he calls me back on the same day.

Dr Mann is an incredible family doctor. We moved to Langley and still drive to see him because he is so incredible! Dr Mann is knowledgeable, kind and takes an interest in his patients
