This product is high quality, perfect fit, and well designed for the crazy winter weather we have in Montreal, Canada. This is my 3rd replacement hot tub cover from them and what makes me give them 5 stars is the quality and the perfect fit for my foam insert which makes my refit job easy. They also provide me with helpful tips to increase the longevity of my cover. We use our hot tub 12 months of the year and it is outside on the south side of our house, exposed to full sun, heavy precipitation and wind. On average, under our conditions, the cover lasts approx 5 years.

The new cover arrived, and is a huge upgrade for the cover I had. Good quality materials, stitching seems strong and it fits my hot tub very well. Overall very satisfied with the product.When I ordered the cover, I knew that the product would have wait times as covers are in higher demand, and with COVID there were additional wait times. That being said, I would have appreciated more feedback from Hot Tub Covers as to the status of the order and estimated shipping times. When I did contact them, I had good talks with the staff and they were able to provide me with tracking information. Room for improvement but overall a good experience.

Great service, product and reasonable price from Hot Tub Covers Canada! We moved into a rental where the existing cover was waterlogged and a brick of ice in the winter. The replacement cover was delivered ahead of schedule and we are wow'd by the difference in quality and weight compared to the old one. After placing my order I was called to confirm dimensions and got excellent service from every rep I spoke to. You can tell they wanted to make sure I got exactly the lid I needed - the dimensions were tweaked on their suggestion to be easier to fit and take off + strap placement was perfect. Materials are high quality and I'm confident this lid will last for years to come. We are happy we can enjoy our hot tub again!

Very happy with my new cover. It arrived on time and I'm glad that I ordered some of the upgrades. A phone call to confirm measurements was good. It was recommended that we increase the length and width by 1/2 inch and the radius by 1 inch. It turns out the new cover is indeed larger than the previous cover which fit perfect. When I cut up the old cover, I found an order form showing it was made by the same manufacturer and was made to the measurements I had originally ordered. It's all ok, because bigger is better than too small!

Replaced our Hot Springs hot tub cover with their product last month. Fit and finish is good. Took a little longer than expected to receive but the quality is very good. Definitely more insulation than the OEM cover. Time will tell how long this lasts but it looks good.Unfortunately they put the straps in the wrong spot — confirmed with our submission that we requested them in the corners. Regardless, we are happy with the decision to go with this replacement, even if it looks funny with straps hanging out over the steps for no reason. What are we going to do, ship it back? 4 stars.

I was contacted quickly (the next day) after I submitted my order to confirm measurements and details. The hot tub cover came earlier than expected (about 3 weeks instead of the 5-6 I anticipated). The cover came as specified and I am very pleased with the product. The person who called me upsold me on a feature I had previously not selected, but then right after that asked why I had selected a feature I had selected as he did not feel it would be of value to me, and I ended up deselecting that feature. My final order ended up being lower cost than my original order. That display of integrity -- ensuring that I have a product that meets my needs rather than upselling me on features I don't need -- is something that stuck with me, and I would heartily recommend Hot Tub Covers Canada to others.

We did a lot of research on what cover to get for winters that can get pretty cold with a lot ice.We chose Hot Tub Covers Canada and I say confidently, after about one year, it was the right choice.We wanted to maximize efficiency so we went with the Supreme Cover with reinforced Centre Flap, 12 mm vapour and full hinge seal.Once you build the cover on the website, you walk through the steps meticulously with someone from the company to ensure every dimension is chosen correctly (even orientation). Of note, they do not oversell any aspect, they explain what each of the extras are and suggest whether or not to go with them.The cover came very quickly (which we rush ordered).The service, quality, care, one gets in dealing with Gord is superb.We purchased the Ultralift Hydraulic lifter. It is better than the one other lifter we had by a long shot. There weren't many options for how large our cover is and with a wall behind the tub as an impediment.In sum, I highly recommend HTCC. We will purchase from them again when the time comes.
