Excellent tanning salon. I travel 29 min extra to go to Chocolate Tan. The staff and owner are the best. You’ll always be greeted with a happy face and good conversation. Their knowledge of their products and beds, and how each work is bars above other places. You’ll always get the best tan the safest way with this salon. The bulbs are always at their best as well. Great prices and quality tanning products!! If you don’t see it and you want it, they are happy to order it in for you. I love not over paying for lotions. I highly recommend the ultrabronze beds for quick deep colour without burning. Can’t say enough great things about chocolate Tan. You won’t be disappointed!!Thanks again for keeping me tip top ladies

I went here as a referral from friends. WOW what a great experience. I only go once a week and have a great tan. Amazing, as I don't have too much time for anything else. The gals there do what they can with appointments because its so busy. VERY CLEAN (most important) and appointments stay pretty true to time. Can't say enough except a special thanks to Emily for looking after me this morning.

Excellent service. Everyone is always welcoming. Facility is clean they even leave a chocolate on the for you on the bed. Nice touch! Would highly recommend.

BEST BEDS AND STAFF IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED AT A TANNING SALON! if you need to get a base tan for a trip or just want a tan in general you have to check this place out. all of the ladies are so knowledgable and the owner is awesome too !

I love this tanning salon. I use it to get a base tan in the spring as I work outdoors. they always alert me to new bulbs and the suggestion to reduce my time. Clean friendly top notch service.

I use this business all the time. And have been since they opened in 2009. Recommend all my friends. I love every single bed there and the spray tan booth as well. The tan I get from the beds makes me have to go far less often than I would have if I tanned at another salon. Love love love. Can’t recommend enough

I am new to the area & have been going to Chocolate Tan for about a month & I have nothing but good thing to say about this salon! The girls were so helpful in setting me up w my package, times & lotions. They are always super friendly & as someone who used to work in the beauty industry, the salon is always very clean, I am VERY impressed! 10/10 highly recommend Chocolate Tan!

Defiantly the cleanest salon I've been too! The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, it's always a good experience when I come in to tan. They also keep their beds very well maintained, replacing bulbs when need be. Would highly recommend this salon!

Completely and utterly appalled at the service. I have never aired a complaint like this publicly but that fact that I am in the customer service industry and would never treat a client like that let alone a person, is making me write this. Good reviews go a long way and I am the first person to recommend a company for great service and if I don't receive good service I usually will politely walk the other way and not return. However..... This time I can not let it slide. The fact the I am shaking I am so mad and in tears because of the way I was just treated is soooooo wrong as a customer and just as a human being.Here is the story.I purchased a tanning package for my sisters wedding back in October, I was told I had 1 year to use my sessions. Knowing this I called to use my remaining sessions, well to my surprise they told me it expired 2 weeks after I bought them. Okay fair enough however I specifically made it clear to the girl who I got it from that I was not going to able to use them in 2 weeks as I was out fo town for my sisters wedding and she told me they would be good for a year. Anyways I explained this to the girl on the phone and she said no worries I will look into it and call you right back.Fair enough - she did call me back and I was happy about that however her response was the girl you purchased the package from doesn't work here anymore and it expired 2 weeks after you purchased it. Obviously I was a little frustrated with this I said that is not what was told to me and I would not have purchased this package if that was the case. Or I would have used all them before they expired.The lady's response was okay I will get my Manager to give you a call. Not thinking anything about this I was happy as I thought maybe she was going to explain this to me or come to a resolution. Customer service..... O was I wrong.... Instead the phone rings and get is this Katherine, I hear you have an issue with my girl at the tanning salon and your uttering threats and swearing? My response um? No I don't have an issue with your girl I was trying to use my Tanning minutes and I definitely wasn't uttering threats or swearing? The full call went on and pretty much ended up in a screaming match I did ask her why she was talking to me the way she was and it was rude but she just kept saying I was swearing and uttering threats.Pretty confused by this experience and the fact I had a witnesses here the whole time I asked her did I do that and was just not aware of it. My roommate said mm not you were totally polite on the phone.Long story short I was just completely appalled at the way this person talked to me specially being a return client. And I felt completely attacked. And instead of dealing with the issue she personally attacked me and made things up that did not happen. So even though tanning salons are a dieing bread and you think they would want to keep their customers I will never return. And I urge you if you do need tan please don't give this horrible owner the satisfaction of your money and Business, because clearly doesn't respect her clients.Chocolate Tan in Brooskwood Langley !
