No jokes .! Best service ever received. Girl name prabh was very helpful i mean it very helpful as it was my first time in Calgary . Valet service!!!! Top notch as well!! Prices affordable compared others

Stayed here for a conference. Hotel itself is very nice and centrally located. Lots of amenities.If you encounter a booking problem, this is where your fun will start! The staff working the front desk and their manager definitely do not have the necessary tools required to solve simple issues. Good luck!

Parking is a couple of blocks walk or you can pay for valet. The event staff at the Marriott are always so wonderful and accommodating! I always look forward to working events here and never feel awkward asking for the most random things! Last week it was a plate of carrot sticks for one of our attendees and after 3 people confirmed that I did in fact want an order of raw carrot sticks, a beautiful dish of cut carrots was delivered to my table. Everyone I've had the pleasure of interacting with has truly been top-notch and very professional.

The room was very comfortable, just a couple of details, first day the linens or covers of the bed had hairs, same as the towel and the shower, the next days had no problems. I had to ask for a bottle of water everyday, cause I had none in my room. And my friend who made the reservation, got a double charge, later on, the personal from the front desk apologize and solved the problem. It's a nice hotel and the personal is very welcoming, the restaurant had really good food, mostly the breakfast is very good, just take a bit to long to get your order. The location is great! Just across the Calgary Tower. Beautiful views from anywhere!

This hotel is a must stay when attending the Calgary Comic expo. The staff are so incredibly friendly and willing to help you make your stay as comfortable as possible. (I needed a pair of scissors to fix a costume and they helped me fix my issue!)Rooms are modern, clean and the one we had had a wonderful view of the tower!

This place is one of the best in this area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you choose this place you won't be disappointed.Great hotel downtown Calgary! Have stayed here many times for work and I find Rooms are spacious and have good amenities. The desks inside the rooms are very comfortable and have good connection for chargers and computer screens. They are also generous with their upgrades to suites for Marriot platinum and above members.

Chose this location for easy access to the Calgary Tower and downtown shops/restaurants. Valet service was fantastic - you drive up and staff take care of you from the moment you step out of your car. Check in was a breeze, our room was right near the elevator so we worried about noise but it was quiet. Cool view of the Tower from our room. Restaurants on site were too expensive but we found a great place nearby and followed dinner with a walk through the pedestrian mall/market and took in the street art and lively atmosphere. Room was clean, shower was new, clean, great water pressure. Hit the Starbucks for coffee. Check out was quick and painless as was retrieving the car from the valet. We enjoyed our stay here a lot.

I felt the hotel lacked amenities that would be appealing to any one staying in Calgary. The fact that staff had lost my friend's vehicle as well Definitely lost them a lot of points on the service side of things. The lobby staff though was very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Absolutely fantastic and beautiful hotel, modern clean and perfectly located in the center. Starbucks in the lobby, 2nd floor elite lounge is well stocked, cappuccino machine rivals european cafes. Customer service from valet to front desk to dining staff is outstanding.

Clean tidy spacious rooms, extremely well located in the heart of downtown with all the restaurants and shopping within 2 min walking distance. Front desk is amazingly friendly and helpful. Specially Prabh stood out for her great service!
