The food is really good, I got to try many different types of sushi and they all tasted amazing. I was there for the buffet so the food took a long time to come out. This restaurant doesn’t have a self serve buffet but you order and a robots or waiter brings your food to you.I had to wait for awhile before any dishes came, I lost my appetite from all the waiting. The restaurant itself is pretty and the decor/furniture looks good. This is a nice place to visit but there are other better places.

Visited on Sunday, May 14, 2023 with my and my wife's brother's family and for my nephew's birthday. The food was good and there were many delicious items on the menu, although it did take extra time for them to to bring it to the table, possibly due to the rush for Mother's Day.Our Server, Sheila, was excellent, always smiling and very courteous and did a fantastic job. Even though she was extremely busy, she was always there to answer our questions and help us with our orders.We will visit again in the future.

I wish I had read comments before venturing ourselves...food is the worst! This place has gone down the drain. We did not get any of the plates that had beef in it. Not one order. Missed a lot of other plates too that we ordered. Slow service. The little buffet with salads is a joke. There is a quarter of options compared to our previous visits. The same with the menu.The robot may be entertaining but it does not make up for the lack of food quality, variety and options. Service lacks tooYou have to constantly remind them of missing items.Never more...$40 for nothing.

As far as AYCE goes, Sushi 168 is one of the best in the Kitchener -Waterloo area. They have a robot waiter that brings your food which is pretty rare.The sashimi is decent, I also go.foe white tuna. They also have breaded garlic shrimp fried with lots of butter, one of my favs. Lots of great options, I wish the desserts were a bit better. But overall, I will definitely go back.

First of all, our server was nice. Here comes something we don’t like: I have no idea if the owner is changed or not. I haven’t been to this restaurant in 2 years, but I confirmed the food tasted better before. We had an all-you-can-eat tablet, and ordered some food. However, the salmon ( sushi and sashimi) we had tasted like they didn’t washed their chopped board completely. We tasted something different along with the flavour of dish washing soap. Either the fish weren’t fresh, or they really didn’t wash off the soap completely. Moreover, we ordered red tuna tataki. I strongly suggest the restaurant to remove or change another ingredient of sauce because it tasted like ketchup… As a customer, I don’t think I enjoy my red tuna with ketchup…and they put TOO MUCH sauce on my red tuna that I can’t help thinking.. did the fish taste so bad they just had to cover up the fish taste???

nice theming and fun robot, but dishes are quite hit or miss, hand rolls and sushi rolls (without sauces) are great, but sushi pizza and rolls with cheese sauces aren't very good

My favorite sushi buffet in Waterloo. Good quality foods with lots of varieties. Bella is a nice addition. The experience was truly enjoyable.

Absolutely a disgrace, we were harassed because of a low tip.We usually come here all the time and the service is decent and the food is ok.This is the LAST we will be going. The salmon wasn't fresh, the tempura was soggy and cold... WITH KETCHUP....The service was a robotic cat.... Kool but do the tips go to the cat? Because we tipped 10% which is WAYYYY more than what they deserved. Let me tell you we tipped $12 roughly and this old women came running up to us saying that we made a mistake. Thinking it declined...I talked to her and she said we didn't tip enough. I should do a charge back on my credit card and then there is no tip. She called us cheap, and mean... Maybe the service should be better. She is lucky we tipped.The restaurant needs to have a talk with her, because the 4 of us are not coming back
