Had a pleasant experience taking my vehicle here for an MPI claim. They communicated well, and had a loaner car for me. Work was done in a timely manner and my vehicle was cleaned inside and outside after the work being done. Would recommend!

Had my car repaired (Insurance claim) at this place. The job was to fix a big dent at rear door panel and repaint. The paint starts to peel off within a year and start rusting. Front desk said these are stone bumps not covered as what they said originally life time warranty. It was very obviously that door starts to rust from inside out. Front desk said they will call me back to let me know if it will be covered. You know, they never call... I had to fix it somewhere else to prevent further rusting.Do not go this place to save you the hassle!!!!

My experience with Starfield Auto Body has been outstanding. This year our family used them twice. Once for repair of a fender, as our son backed into my husbands car in the driveway, and once for rust repair on a tailgate of my SUV. I must say both repairs were done with extreme care, and the paint job was blended so very well it was amazing! Staff were polite, professional, and honest! Would not hesitate to recommend or use Starfield again. Thank you,

We had a great experience from start to finish! The customer service was great, they have their own rentals so you don't have to go back and forth with the rental companies to get a vehicle. Everything was done quickly and I got my van back within the promised timeline. They also made sure to check with me about other repairs that were required (and not related to my claim). The best part? When I got my van back, it was not only repaired, but washed, inside and out!!! Trust me, for our family of 6, that was a really exciting event! Thanks!

I have been going to Starfield for years. My last visit was beyond pleasing and appreciated. My daughter's car was vandalized a week ago and as of yesterday (6 days later) the glass was replaced within hours of dropping the car off. I didn't need a replacement vehicle which was fantastic. As well, they cleaned up her car which was completely unexpected. They even washed it!! Thanks so much John & team for the amazing service over the years .
