Very poor communication from staff. My oldest child was once sent to the hospital for stitches after an incident here and not one staff member saw what happened. Subsequently, she had an incident where she was left in a full diaper and wet pants which were cold by the time she was picked up. Also had difficulty working with staff for that same child after receiving an Autism diagnosis and staff refused to apply for support or even acknowledge that they understood the Inclusion support program despite publicly disclosing receiving an Inclusion support grant.

My autistic child was neglected on multiple occasions here and was once left soaking wet in her clothes for an entire day because her diaper was never changed because staff did not have the proper training or support to look after her. It has taken almost a year to get the board to respond to me at all, only with the help of the child care coordinator, and the director never had to take accountability for her inappropriate actions in this situation. Please do not send your children here, especially if they have higher needs. I don't want any other family to have to go through that.

This place does not provide safe care to children. Do not leave your kids here.

Panda bear daycare has exceeded my expectations. I will admit, after seeing these reviews it really had me wondering if I should send my kids there or not. We decided to try it out, and it’s been 5 months. We can’t say enough great things about the daycare. Every staff member has been so kind and loving to our boys. They are constantly doing activities, and crafts. They are always outside (they have a beautiful outdoor space). My children are so happy here. They use the Hi Mama app, and we get updates and photos everyday. Thank you panda bear daycare for taking such good care of our children!!

Just read the other reviews here as well. My child has been attending for over a year now and we can't say enough great things about this daycare compared to other parents' experiences at other daycares... I like the HiMama app, it lets me add the grandparents so they can see what my little on is up to, I love that they spend time outside, when my child started last year she was just turning 12 mos, and the staff were awesome, they would follow my requests about her naps, one of the things I was anxious about going back to work. Staff are all friendly, my daughter loves them. I highly recommend, but at the same time feel sorry for the parents who had a bad experience.

Do not send your children here! This daycare needs to be shut down!
