Tom's Small Engine Repair & Service

We had a complete tune-up and repair done on our Snowblower. Excellent job and great service too.

I brought my rototiller to Tom he told me it needed a cleaning and it should be ready in a week, two and a half weeks later I still hadn't heard from Tom. When I called and asked if my rototiller was ready for pickup he told me he was waiting on a part. He didn't bother to call me and let me know anything, he just took it upon himself to order the part was going to install it and then charge me whatever he felt was fit. I proceeded to tell Tom I'm coming to pick up that he didn't bother to call me to let me know that it needed a part or would be more expensive. when I went to go pick it up he left it in parts and said he wasn't putting it back together when I took it to him it was fully assembled! Very poor business skills! I was NEVER" called or contacted by Tom at all! He also didn't clean anything on my rototiller as there was still sentiment sitting in the bottom of my gas tank! We've come to the conclusion that Tom just ripped my rototiller apart before us coming to pick it up as he wouldn't let me pick it up the same day I called! Beware people!"

Honest and Kind! I called Tom to discuss repairs to a snowblower. I asked if they pickup and deliver which they do not however when I mentioned it was for my elderly neighbour he offered to help. He went a step further and asked me to try a few simple adjustments in an effort to save the man a few bucks and was able to talk me through the repairs on the phone. Thanks Tom.

We had a small but necessary repair required for our snow blower right before a storm. Tom was able to squeeze us in when we brought it over and quickly solve the issue. We really look forward to working with him on regular maintenance of our snow blower and riding mower going forward!
