I went with my daughter and took photos for a figurine and paid in full. The owner told us it will take 10 days. It took almost 50 days to receive. When I called to follow up, the tel. Number was not in service. I get to know that they closed the business. I paid also for a display box which I never received. They answered finally after several emails to them and to Germany (their supplier). But I still not reveive the display box and they are not answering my emails. Don't think about doing business if they open again.

Miserable quality, mine got a white mold within a year. Super expensive with extremely poor quality. I got mine done from Sanfrancisco. Please avoid wasting your money

Highly recommend to try this out! Personnel are very patient, we did about 7-8 shots before we got the final results. The accuracy of the end product is outstanding. The best gift for anniversary imho.
