Chevron - Gas Station

Today is September 4, 2016. I stopped at the Fas Gas just north of Bowden, approximately 1:30 pm. I first noticed how littered the parking lot outside the station was. The lawns were covered in garbage. Then I went into the men's bathroom. I first noticed the flies in the bathroom that I had to wave off to make my way to a cubicle. There are two cubicles, one without a lock which I chose not to use and the other is the wheelchair accessible cubicle. This cubicle was disgusting. There was tissue all over the floor, the tissue holder was hanging open and one roll was laying on the floor. The toilet was covered in feces and urine. The floor was covered in urine stains. Get the picture? I went to the attendant to ask for the contact info for the owner or manager and he would not give it to me. I asked for his/her phone number and he would not give it to me. He told me I could look it up on the internet. I explained to him that the bathroom was disgusting and he seemed unmoved. Take your chances with this station. I will not even buy fuel here because I doubt they even care for their fuel storage tanks to ensure they are free of debris.

I usually like stopping at this station but this time I was not very happy. Went into the store to pay for some gas and get something to nibble on. I decide we would have a couple subs and some other stuff so we dont have to stop again.No where around the subs and sandwiches area is there any signs that the microwave is broken. Not even on the microwave.So I go pay for everything and pay for a little gas. Neither cashier say anything about the microwave not working. Until I ask them to bag the stuff up while I go heat the subs. That when he tells me.The other cashier said they have an oven on and I could heat them in it. So I go look oven is not on. Almost cold. So I tell the cashier I just want a refund as we are in a hurry and have several more hours to go. He refuses to give me the refund and makes the other cashier serve me but he kept saying that he can't refund when there is gas. I wasn't rude but I told him i know they can do refunds on the system as i have worked in that industry before.He was upset saying that his till is going to be short now. But I advised him he will be over on the debit so it will all match up i even offered to leave my name and number for the owner to call me if he had questions.Very unprofessional in my opinion. But he finally gave me the refund. May stop stopping there in the future.

Today I stop on Bowden Fas gas.Good to see need and clean station.It was about 11am wash room was clean except wash basin has some water spot.Prices almost same to red deer .Staff was very efficient using both tills to Expedite the service .Over all good experience

I tell yah what. Best store to steal from. Only a few cameras and that staff stay in the back. Like I mean a long while before coming out. 3times I've stopped and left what I was gunna buy. Nobody came out.

Just your normal gas station along Edmonton road from Calgary.

Heads up to the owner or manager. Your six a m employee is stealing from you and not Bringing in cash, paid coffees and pocketing the money.

Located right on Hw 2, really good location.A lot of snacks in a store!

Rude management! I stopped to fuel up and someone had spilt diesel while refueling. Instead of cleaning it up properly, they put down some absorbent. But in the melting muck you couldn’t tell what it was. Until I had walked in it and then got back in my vehicle. Now my floor matts and vehicle stunk like diesel. The Manager couldn’t even bother to apologize. In fact he started arguing with me when I told him the least he could do was apologize.Stop at the coop in innisfail instead. Full service and polite workers.
