Scam - price is not correct on website vs in person

I just got my grandparents' passport photo and it was perfect. The guy was too polite and well behaved. One should prefer this store....

I went there for my us visa pictures and the pictures were great and the staff there too humble and comforting.

Cheapest price at this location.Quick service.

This is scam place guys, on 27th Nov 2021 - website said $15.99 next day on 28th it said $11.99 then back to $15.99 on Nov 29th and now back to $11.99 on Nov 30 - and if you go there they will charge you $15.99 they don't look website - the owner changing this price so that people visit this place and they will tell you price after they take photo. So people don't want to argue bcos its only $4+tax extra. Which I try to argue but then guy working there was saying owner didn't mention and we don't look what website price is.Pro passport photo price change by owner, check any other store they have fix rate from last 1 week $15.99 - owner here just doing this scam to bring more customer. (hope the owner knows the one time customer is not a customer, I will never go back to this place).
