We recently went to Newfoundland with this travel agency, it was not well planned. It was for 12 days I learned more from our bus driver in two hours than our tour guide on the whole trip. Our tour director was not very friendly no direction on getting off the bus or hotel accommodations. Seniors slugging their luggage up 3 flights of stairs. We thought this was a well planned trip until we got to Newfoundland wish we had of spent more money and gone with a more reputable travel agency
