Best customer service I've recieved hands down from any shop. Helpful, knowledgeable and always trying to do the best by their customers at a more than reasonable price.

Thankyou to the Tiverton team, especially Simon,for guidance, advice, understanding to my parents needs. For the gentleman who came to measure up and was able to give invaluable advice to my hubby! I'm writing this even before the carpet is laid!! ( I'll update when that's done!)Wow! Carpet complete mum and dad very pleased with it. The guy laying carpet was lovely, hardworking, clean and tidy. Could not be happier with the job done by these guys. From the start, they were professional, friendly, and very helpful with our first time getting new carpet. They advised on what we needed based on our lifestyles, etc, and were completely flexible with when we wanted to have the carpets done. The duo that fitted the carpets were fantastic - very efficient and polite, and finished our two floors and convoluted stairway in two days. We had been warned about our fire doors needing to be trimmed, and the recommended guys came out and did the job in 30 minutes the next day, which was amazing. Overall, I'm happy, my husband is happy, and our feet are very happy. Couldn't recommend more.

10/10 service. I cannot fault anything about the service we got from Market Carpets in Tiverton. Having been overseas and trying to purchase carpets for the whole of my new home in the UK without physically even being in the country Gav went above and beyond in making sure we were informed and gave us confidence in the choices we made .When I requested a carpet that they did not stock they found a supplier and happily sourced and fitted the carpets. When the supplier had problems getting the carpet I originally wanted we discussed options and through their willingness to use other forms of communication I was able to make a different color choice which to be honest I am even happier with than my original choice. Any problems we had were sorted almost instantly and the level of communication and customer service is amazing. In the whole process of buying and decorating our new home Market Carpets Tiverton stand out buy a mile as the best company we have worked with. Cannot recommend them highly enough ,again 10/10

From start to finish, Market Carpets have been brilliant. Always prompt on time and their experts very friendly and helpful. After an initial online quote, we received a telephone call to arrange a personalised consultation for the measurement of the the room and also where we were able to see and feel samples of our chosen carpet and the very many different colours available enabling us to choose the right product for our home. Within a week the carpet was fitted perfectly. The specialist helped me move a couple of heavy furniture and after the job was done, he put them all back for me. I definitely will use Market Carpets again and defo recommend to family and friends.

Couldn't orchestrate a party in a brewery.Booked two months ago, unfortunately the carpet fitter injured himself and had to rebook. No problem. They I receive 2 separate phone calls checking which day my appointment is as the is a duplicate surname in the diary. The guy I spoke to gave me the full name and address of the other family having their stairs and landing done this week... No awareness of data protection legislation.When I call to pay, I triple check our appointment and address with them.The day of our fitting finally comes round... No fitter turns up.Low and behold, he has gone to the other persons house to do their carpet.I call to chase this up, Simon calls back, talks over me and is generally rude. I have asked for a discount as compensation for the inconvenience but this is refused as he states that their carpets are already discounted. I have two other, cheaper quotes from elsewhere so I know this to be untrue and will now be using an alternative company.Edited to add that you did not get me in at short notice and I had chosen the floor on the day of measuring, you cancelled me and rebooked me twice. What a strange way to conduct a business.

Good selection on beige carpets. And a few grey on the odd blue ones. Found what we needed. In and out on 15 minutes with a fitting date.

They could have not been more friendly helpful and nice when I bought £3500 of woven carpet. Paying £1500 for fitting. But when I went back with a problem they turned on me, saying they had told me so, blaming my pets etc. I do not agree with their assertions and find them completely unwarranted as I had said I was happy to pay for any additional work required. A completely unexpected and really unpleasant experience. I would not use market carpets again.
