Currently set-up to take self isolation quarantine guests during this COVID-19 period! Will do shopping trips, clean dishes and sanitise to ensure a 14 day minimum stay unlike most airbnbs or boutique hotels. Free wifi & parking.

I've stayed there for 2 night for a conference and it was great! The host is very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast is simple but very good and the bnb is well located in the city!

I also had a bad experience with Sunnyside B&B. Apart from the poor service and uncleanness, I was charged extra fees. They charged HST and a 3% tourism fee (it’s actually not a mandatory fee). When I asked for their HST number, they didn’t have one and claimed they were not required to submit HST. That’s when I contacted Ottawa Tourism and found out they weren’t members either. If you can avoid this B&B, do so. If you can’t, avoid the basement rooms, they are musty. Best of luck on your trip.
