I love my access to the spa side the most. I'm enjoying the extra benefits of the Total Body Enhancement, the tanning with red light therapy, and both the massage chair and hydromassager. They give me extra motivation to get to the gym so I can pamper my tired muscles and give myself a reward for showing up!

Love this location!+Opened in 2021 so it has all newer generation machines:+all cardio is Apple Watch-enabled, +straight-up Smith machines with 25lbs preload instead of 20,+FINALLY a proper adjustable decline bench!+Great natural sunlight+Friendly staffBut-Small. Wasn't busy when I was there but I suspect it it get busy, it'd fill up fast-No Crossfit section (something I don't use myself)Possibly my fave location of the few dozens I've been to all over North America :)

Staff are amazing!!!!! They always go above and beyond - love the black card options. So many options for equipment and lots of them - great vibe to to keep moving and stay healthy - thanks guys!

Very good value for the variety of equipment. Ample parking and the massage beds are a great touch. It’s always very clean. The only thing I don’t like is that they close early on the weekends. Also, the south edmonton location has heated hydro massage. This location doesn’t have heating on. I’m 99% it’s just a setting and they don’t have it turned on.

I started out at this gym over 7 months ago unfortunately I have to move. But I needed too express how amazing the staff is there! Always welcoming and willing to have talks. Tips and tricks to improve your work outs. I appreciate everything you all did for me to keep me on track. Thank you Taylor, Brook, Logan, Kaitlyn, and everyone else there. You made this experience amazing. I will miss you all greatly!

Great place to get a workout, the staff are friendly and helpful. The equipment is new and always very clean, the members are great too, I’ve never had any issues or witnessed anything out of line, everyone who goes is there to workout and not judge others.
