The worst. Sorry to say. This lender led me to believe I had a loan, but didn't execute the loan. My truck was repoed, because they couldn't discharge the previous loan. Police are involved. Do not use this service.

Don't know where to begin on the beyond excellent experience I've had with Alberta 1 Auto loans. They go above and beyond any other car loan company I have dealt with in the 38 yrs of driving. Superb excellant customer service from Kayden the salesman, Dave the finance manager, right down to the 2 delivery drivers,( yes they delivered from Calgary to Bentley west of lacombe.) In all my years have never experienced a car company who treats you like family. I've even worked in car ealersgips for 9 years,never seen such a thing.I ran I to some hard times 4 yrs ago which I had no other choice bit to go into bankruptcy. I've been cleared for 2 yrs now but no one would touch me. I got rid of my debt, (my ex) and bankruptcy, with a few days i was approved with better than expected Interest rates for a newer more reliable vehicle for my self employed business. There is no pushy salesman, they undersand life's ups and downs. Once I was approved I was nervous of how to pay my fines so I could get registration, they too took care of that worry. With the cash back they met me at registries paid my fines and gave me the key to a new beginning. I don't have enough positive words for this company, but that they gave me a new start and a whole new outlook on car dealerships. I highly highly recommended Alberta 1 Auto car loans. Take it from one who lost all hope on a new beginning. This family owned car loan company makes you feel like you are a part of that family. Kayden, excellant salesman, he listens he doesn't push. Dave, finance manager went beyond to pull some strings and get me a better interest rate, and helped me out huge with my worry of registration, my interest rate, my loan duration and my overall finance experience. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle, to go to Alberta 1 Auto Loans. Andrew was very helpful throughout the entire process. He was very attentive and thoroughly explained what would work best for me and within my budget. I was able to walk in and drive away that same day with a 2014 Hyundai Elantra. I’m in love my new vehicle!! They also offer a set winter tires, cost all included. I’m very impressed with my experience with them.
