I can’t say enough good about dr Bale and this location, even though I miss out Cat Twila I will return here with Nellie Beagle and Molly, this vet really really care about her animal patients. She is wonder Rip Twila

The people at Saint Margaret's Bay Animal Hospital, from Dr. Bale herself to her lovely staff, rub shoulders with the vets and staff that strive; and succeed in overwhelming fashion; to go above-and-beyond any expectation. They're among the very best our beautiful province has to offer and have been for a staggering amount of time.

I think Dr. Francis Bail should be called the St. Francis of the animal world, as she has been a vet for more years than I have been alive, I think, and is the most caring, dedicated one I have ever met. I have been taking my cats to her for the past 15 years and will continue to do so until she decides she no longer wishes to practice her profession. What an incredible person she is, and I am very grateful to her.

I love Dr Bail,she has a kind heart an angle for sure.When me Pocco was dying from cancer I had him for 7 yrs,he was a rescue dog,Dr Bail did everything she could for him .She would call every second day to make sure he was ok,in my heart you will never find anyone like her so dedicated,compassion,and above all a very loving women.The staff are friendly and accommodating,thankyou.We love you Dr Bail ❤️

I cant even begin to describe how amazing Dr. Bail is.. She is the most wonderful, caring, knowledgeable, truly amazing vet I have ever met.. I wouldn't take my animal to ANYONE else! Have always been happy, after an appointment, as well as my pets. Everything is checked over, questions answered and you still have enough to get home. The prices are fair and Dr. BALE is FANTASTIC and has LOTS of experience and knowledge! The other drs. there are great, as well and there's no doubt, they care about your special family, like you do.

Will miss Dr. Bale....she was a devoted animal lover and worked her entire life helping those who could not speak for themselvesShe was the angel of all angels looking after our pets.There is a new vet there, Dr. Peacock hopefully he/She will be just as good as Dr Bale and have reasonable pricing.Well, I had a chance to meet our new Vet (Dr. Kim) the other day and I absolutely love her. She is very thorough and you can tell she has alot of empathy for the animals. ❤️❤️❤️

New ownership has taken place as the previous vet stepped down at 90 years old. I don't recommend the new vet and feel the name of the clicic should change. When booking they don't mention anything regarding a new vet or price increase.

We have been using this animal hospital for approximately 8 years. The service and professionalism is very good. This is our second dog that we have trusted with them. Prices are reasonable and follow up is good. My only complaint is the lack of vegetarian dog food in stock. I give them an 8/10. Ruff ruff.
