Purchased a car for our daughter to get back and forth to college. 2 weeks after owning car no heat, they claimed they put in brand new battery it was dead every other day ( been through 3 batteries), key fobs stopped working after even 6 batteries!!! Called to talk to them about the shady car they sold us and we’re told it’s your car now??! Nothing but issues- asked to see the car inspection they claimed was done and they wouldn’t show us. So not helpful buyer beware foresure

I purchased a Hyundai in 2014....love my vehicle....purchased extended warranty just in case. Have a problem, wanted to see if covered under warranty or not, costs $150/hr to find out if covered under warranty. What a waste of money purchasing extended warranty. I understand that time is money but customer service is priceless. I will not be purchasing from any Gary Moe owned dealership in the future. Very disappointed - poor customer service from a Ford dealership is how we ended up at Gary Moe. But, I suppose, I am just one customer and there are many more.

Before starting a new job, I was given 1 week to move into a new vehicle adhering to corporate standards. After checking out several lots in Central Alberta, I found Red Deer's Volkswagen dealership to be competitively priced and straight forward. Doug helped me move into a Tiguan and even added in a few extra incentives. Overall, the sales process was smooth and efficient. I was able to take possession of the vehicle before my start date and have been happy with my new ride.

Tracy from the Volkswagen dealership in Red Deer is amazing to work with. She really made the impossible happen for me and now I have the chance to rebuild my credit! She definitely went out and beyond and am looking forward to dealing with her in the future! Highly recommend anyone in the area that is unsure how or know the steps and want to deal with someone patient and reliable when buying a car! Thumbs up all around there!!!
