We contacted Ben looking for a quick sale of my mother's condo. Within days Ben viewed the condo, made recommendations to prepare it for sale as well as recommended a price for a quick sale. After we had cleaned and cleared the condo Ben looked after everything from assisting in plumbing repairs, to mocking up condo photos, to becoming the contact for the condo management, to granting other agents access to the condo. I recently listed my condo for sale. Being that it is the first time I sold a property I was inexperienced and Ben took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the Real Estate industry. He didn't waste any time getting my place listed and photographed.
