After using Royal several times I've found them to be reliable, trustworthy and highly professional. Their sales representative is knowledgable and proves an honest overview of what is or isn't possible for a given job. The office staff are highly organized. The work crews are punctual, polite, as discreet as possible and do a thorough post-work cleanup. Highly recommended.

This was the second time I used Royal over the last 2 years and once again they went above and beyond my expectation level. From Dominic's digital estimate, to their experienced team, they provided an excellent professional service. Both James and Jim were outstanding with their tree knowledge and safety first mentality. Called several companies to get a quote on tree trimming. Royal tree service was the first to get back to me. They sent someone over to give us a quote, even called us to confirm the appointment.We accepted the quote ( very reasonable) and they sent out a crew in timely manner. The crew members were professional and nice. They did exactly what we asked for and did a great clean up job. Would definitely recommend this company for your tree service needs.

I had 2.5 dead ash trees that were ravaged by the Emerald Ash Borer (for the half tree the previous contractor literally walked off the job halfway through.) The job was not the safest but the Royal Tree Service team did an amazing job in taking them down safely and efficiently and for a fair price. Every concern that I had was addressed. I did not want the branches and logs falling on my decorative rocks, no problem they covered and protected them from the falling debris. I did not want my lawn to get destroyed by their grapple truck and buggy, no problem they covered the lawn with planks of wood to ensure that my lawn was minimally impacted. As well, the administrative team was very responsive to all of my email and telephone inquiries. I will definitely be hiring them again in the future.

Jim, Stan and Mark did an amazing job on my property today. They were friendly, polite and professional. They showed the greatest respect for me, my property and for each other. It was truly a pleasure to have them here. They arrived on time, early actually, and worked steadily for 5 hours until the job was done. Not until the last twig, leaf and piece of sawdust were gone did they pull off in their truck.As an added note, Karen is a definite asset to the company with her ability to be a friendly voice on the phone and to be obliging and accommodating in setting dates. I had great communication with her.And a big thank you to Alex and Dominic who were my first contacts with the company. They gave a very detailed written estimate and made a wonderful first impression.I believe I made the best possible choice in hiring Royal and would not hesitate to recommend them or call upon them again.

I have been doing business with Royal Tree Service for many years. They are great! They just completed a lot of work for us in September and had them back in October to remove a willow tree that was damaged in a storm.I couldn't be happier with their services. They are very professional, prompt, polite and clean up extremely well... I highly recommend them.

Royal Tree Service sent a team of 3 men to prune a huge Ash tree in my backyard. The tree hadn't been pruned in quite a while and was encroaching on our house, had branches wrapped around the hydro/telephone lines to the house and had several dead/broken branches.The team did an absolutely wonderful job. The tree now looks beautiful. They cleaned up all the branches and even raked the smaller twigs off the lawn, then fine-chipped them in a chipper, as required to make sure that any Ash Tree Borer Beetles would not be carried away.The crew was very efficient, and professional. They were also very polite and a pleasure to interact with.Royal's price was also very reasonable, compared to other contractors and especially given the exceptional work that was done. I couldn't have asked for more. I would highly recommend them.

Royal Tree service trimmed our old Norway maple. The guys were professional. I spoke to them and confirmed the work that they had planned to do. The job was completed as per contract. They cleaned up the all the branches; even some of the branches that were not part of the work - I really appreciated that, thanks! - The work was done in a timely manner. I would hire them again.

Not worth the price. Paid $763.39. They barely trimmed the Cedar hedges and pruning of branches. Basically about half an inch. trimmed from the hedges and about the same from the trees. One week later it looks exactly the same as before. Except the fact that they also left me a mess. The trimmed dried up leaves from the cedar hedge are all over the hedges and now the colour of the dead leaves have changed. It looks horrible and messy unfortunately I have not choice but to clean it myself.Honestly, a nasty job like this. I could have done myself. This was not a professional, plus considering the price not worth it. try somewhere else or save your money and try doing it yourself or switch to fenses it will be worth it in the end.They believe that they only do that to certain people.
