Not a great experience... brutal install of my door, requiring full replacement. Was obviously not at the top of anyone's priority list... throughout the process I believe I had to call to follow up in excess of 20 times.

Service that was provided by Lloyd was done well. They did a great job fixing my door in quick and timely manner and done it well.More expensive then competitor in the area but were able to fix our door quicker. I initially was going to a competitor and they were going to charge less but my car was going to be stuck in the garage up to a week so anchor was great in coming out quickly. They have a silly charge for fuel and another charge for mileage/labour travel. Which is fine if you do one but not both in my opinion especially since I am within chatham Kent and it’s not like I can bring my garage door to you.Reason I deducted stars was more with the office. I had multiple people initially responding about the service and bill which made it very confusing and seemed a little disorganized. One person reached out about scheduling a service even though I had it already scheduled earlier in the week for the very day they suggested, a little disorganized that way. Also they charge 2% for credit so I knew I was going to town and then stopped into pay and then they forgot to charge the tax on me so I had to do another transaction which once again shows the disorganization of the office.Overall the staff were friendly to deal with just a little disorganized in the office. Lloyd was awesome. And a little more expensive than competitors but service was provided quickly and well done.EDIT since I can’t reply to your comment. I’m not complaining about the 2% charge but nobody went through the payment methods with me only the service guy told about the 2% credit charge. Just turned into something inconvenient that didn’t need to be.As far transparency I was only told of the service hour rate not the additional mileage and gas. Those curious the competitor charged 119 service hour tax included and no additional charge for mileage/travel time and no additional charge for gas. Where as anchor has a $45 charge for mileage/ travel and $10temp fuel charge and the service hour was $105 tax not included.Like I said though friendly staff and quality of service was good. If I was rating just on service department and the actual repair I would rate 5 stars but I deducted two based on price and a few incidents of disorganization. Overall I’m content with the service I received.

Great service! Had to replace a couple windows in my doors...they came out within a couple days and even lubed and made adjustments so they would close better. Really happy with their service!

Awesome service, fast reply for estimates, great costumer relations. Highly recommend them to everyone I talk to. Had a broken garage spring and emailed them for a free quote and the same day they had a spring assembly ready for me! Thanks Guys!

Leah and the team did an amazing job throughout the entire process of my new garage door. From the quoting stages all the way to install. The install team did an amazing job with the workmanship and clean up on the project.

Within 30 minutes of my initial call into Leah, Lloyd and Avery showed up, figured out the problem and put in a creative, short-term fix to get my garage door working. What an amazing experience!

Both my springs broke on my garage door, the service guys came and opened up door to get my vehicles out before continuing onto their first appointments.Adam was super friendly, I ended up having them replace my opener along with the broken springs and they were able to do same day!I will recommend to friends and family! My father has had work done by Anchor and was impressed which is why they were my first call!5 star review from me!
