Top notch used Car Dealer! After kicking tires around town looking to buy a car, I stumbled across the car that I've had my eyes on since I got my license. Once I made the decision to follow through with the purchase, Pascal has been actively keeping me informed and transparent in the process. Explaining in great detail and even following up with previous service shops to inquire about the details of what Maintenance has been performed. He even brought up the situation concerning the 1 star review and informed me that the Sales Rep was summarily fired in regards to mishandling that sale.His body shop did a wonderful job with touching up the car (2011 model) matching the faded paint to the new bumper (previous damage from a negligent tow truck driver), wheel wells and even a nasty dent from what seems to be something that had fallen on the car.I would highly recommend buying a car from this family run business.Thanks again guys!

I purchased a Crown Vic a couple weeks back. Unfortunately, the shop they have there vehicles safe-tied at do an unreliable job. The horn on the vehicle did not work at all. I then called the mechanic shop about my concern. The shop then lied to me and they had to rewire the horn. The next day my turning signals went out. Due too the poor workmanship of this shop *Finley Creek Service Center*. I tried to give the shop the benefit of the doubt and I changed every single light bulb. The problem still occurred now I have to pay someone to rewire everything and not do a butchered job. Also, assuming from the poor workmanship of the shop I will have to get my OWN safety done at a reliable shop too see what other problems pop up.

Having purchased numerous vehicles over the past 40 years from all across Ontario, I must say that I have never had a more pleasurable, satisfying relationship than the one I have with the Stellam Auto Sales team. Always fair, honest and extremely accommodating to me in every way. I can't recommend them highly enough and I will continue to pass the word around. Horrible dealer. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.I bought my car last year it was delivered to me with broken struts. Now a year later I've paid off the car and I tried to change over my ownership to my name.When I gotta Service Ontario they said I will need a safety check and that the dealer never did one.I called the dealer and they said this is my responsibility even though I bought the car saftey, plated and with extended warranty. Why am I paying again for a saftey???I've had nothing but issues with this company.1st my A/C did not work after a week they fixed that o ly for it to break again two weeks later.2nd I went to have tires installed on the car as it came with winter tires and the mechanic I took it to said you have two broken struts. How could this be just bought the car with a saftey.If anyone has any questions about this dealer please feel free to contact me before you get ripped off.

Bought my car 7 months ago. The service was great and transparent the cars are good. Would recommend checking them out if you're in the market for a used car.
