Air Canada Signature Suite

The point of air travel is to get to your desired destination safely and as quickly as possible. In my view it is not to sit in a gilded cage only to hurry up and wait. There is no way a departure process should require 3 hours as recommended. I would far prefer to eat at a Michelin star restaurant of food my choice or eat at home prior to arriving at the airport to anything Air Canada can offer. Please focus on speeding up the departure process and spend less time on the captive meals please? RP

My family and I came to the signature suite before our flight on Christmas Eve. Everything from the food to the service was truly exceptional, every dish was amazing and all the staff members were extremely friendly and willing to help. Would definitely encourage anybody who has the opportunity to visit the signature suite to do so.

Top notch. It’s a dining room. Not a lounge per se. Top shelf food and service. Exceptional. Really.

I’ll do point form since a lot to cover (visit as of Oct 24th):• They’re out of champagne, Prosecco only. I really wanted that Moet rosé• They have a buffet, if you just want a quick bite - not the same quality as the a la carte menus• Cons: not impressed with some of the food - Salmon was dry, steak was decent, dim sum (especially for Vancouver) was atrocious, and the pot de creme was meh• Pros: The Hamachi Crudo & the Foie Gras were mind blowing. Mushroom risotto was decent.Most importantly the service was phenomenal - from the entry to the lounge, you get handed off from concierge to concierge that are super friendly. There was probably a 1:2 ratio of servers to tables (at least it seemed that way). Butler level service - kudos to your service director & staff AC!As much as I hate how tipping is trending in Canada, this was one of the moments I wish I was able to tip (but I didn’t have cash).

Why can't I give 0 stars? What an absolute garbage airline. Won't give me my money from 2020 flight cancelled due to Covid. Sent my vouchers to wrong person and that person used them. Still no word from Air Canada after I told them they screwed up. DO NOT fly with them. Layer upon layer of incompetence. We need to let this company fail. What an embarrassment. They paid out millions in bonuses to execs but can't pay back their customers. They are a bunch of clowns

One of the nicest and most friendly lounges I’ve visited. The mushroom risotto is exceptionally good on the a la carte menu. My wife says she might just live here now, it’s that good. Nice ping champagne too.

Located upstairs in the lounge area (reserved for a different class) is a truly immersive and one of a kind experience. The service here is very attentive and welcoming. There is a small bar area along with two rooms for dining. You have the options of buffet style and a la carte menu. The a la carte menu was very impressive - from food options to flavours to presentations. The foie gras and halibut were very well done. I just wished I had more room to try everything. There are window seats but those are usually taken first thing. You no longer feel like you're in an airport here but more of a fine dining /relaxing environment. For almost all days, they are open from 11am-11:30pm except on Sunday where it stays open later.

shiori and Mete, were incredible in serving me at Vancouver’s Signature Lounge. Shori was very attentive, enthusiastic and had a big smile, with enthusiasm to serve..She is a student from Japan and if you come to signature lounge, I highly recommend you ask for her , Habiba superviser and Mete , signature lounge manager

Denied my elderly mother's entry at 8pm to the lounge because her international flight (Signature Class) was departing the next morning. This requirement is not indicated anywhere on any AC website to the general public. Horrible experience and policy from AC. Do not recommend trusting that you can get in, even with upgrading as an eligible class ticket.
