Been coming here since I was in my teen years. Always had a great experience with my doctor, I've been wearing Ortho K for almost a decade on and off. It's the most liberating eye correction lenses I've ever worn. Initial cost can be high but averages out to the same as expensive eyeglasses and prescription contacts. Love the eye drops they have too! It's cheaper here that local groccery store or even online on Amazon. I highly recommend coming and making an appointment!

Absolutely no respect for patients. Threatens you to buy everything they carry with a ridiculous markup, and raises prices if you don’t buy from them every year.Keeps on raising pricing, shady business practice and not transparent. Can’t come up with receipts for the correct categories.

Completely out-of-line and unprofessional attitude when confronted about a product that failed to deliver. Refused to provide any refund/compensation and went on an ego trip to insult the customer. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Side note: Takes gifts" from wealthy mainland Chinese clients and overcharges for contact products easily found at local grocery stores."

Dr Lee and Dr Wu are wonderful. I've been seeing them for Ortho K lenses for over 16 years and it's the best decision I've ever made. They are kind and easy to talk to and take personal interest in you and your family as well. Dr Lee particular is very fun to talk to. Prices for new Ortho K lenses have remained the same for over a decade so I don't understand some of the complaints. I highly recommend them!

I’ve known Dr. Lee and Dr. Wu since I was 8! For the last 20 years they have been there to help make sure I have great eye sight. I had terrible eyesight early in life but my vision didn’t worsen much at all for the last twenty years thanks to Ortho-K lenses. Pretty much saved me from going legally blind. I have 20/20 vision all day without the problem of feeling a dry contact lens stuck to my eyeballs. Their prices are fair considering the fact that I don’t have to pay for disposable soft contacts. I save a lot of money compared to my friends who have to buy disposables for daily or monthly wear. I’m really glad my dad discovered this clinic all those years ago. They are always kind and helpful whenever I see them- I can tell they really care about my eye health. The receptionists are equally great, for example I’ve had to reschedule multiple times due to schedule conflicts and they were always patient and accommodating! Some of these reviews seem very extreme on the bad end, I’ve never felt like i was pushed to buy a product. It’s very easy to say no! They don’t push at all. At the end of the day, they make commission so it makes sense that they sell eye care products, but if you prefer to purchase elsewhere they are fine with it. In my own experience, I’ve never been threatened or harassed to buy directly from them.

I've been with Dr.Lee and Dr. Wu for over 15 years, and they have always been very kind and caring! I always leave the office after my appointment feeling good about my eye health. I am really grateful to have access to Ortho-K, and doctors who are well trained in the treatment. I highly recommend Ortho-K with Dr. Lee and Dr. Wu for anyone who is tired of using soft contacts or wearing glasses.I can understand that the cost has gone up a little to account for inflation, since the price had stayed about the same for over a decade. But overall I think it costs about the same as soft contacts if you look at expenses on an annual basis.

I've been a loyal customer of Dr T.F. Lee and Dr Sharon Wu since I was a teen but unfortunately I'm going to have to find another optometrist nowReviews below are absolutely accurate. They have recently changed their policies without informing their customers, and constantly pressure and threaten customers to buy their products by saying their prices will increase if you don't continue visiting them.Their patient care and awareness has overall deteriorated, and I completely disagree with their business model. I'm quite disappointed by their greed and I hope Dr.Lee and Dr. Wu will respect their loyal customers.
