King's Wok

Worst experience of my life. I have been to many wok restaurants and this restaurant is by far the worse.I discovered a bug in my dish and immediately notified the management to let them know. The manager completely ignored what I was telling her and told me she didnt notice anything. To make it even worse, the dish was filled with rice with literally 6 pieces of sesame chicken (it was suppose to be the large dish). I basically paid 12 dollars for a pile of rice and 6 pieces of improperly cooked chicken. Some of those pieces were just crispy and had no chicken inside. The manager told me she does not care and I can do whatever I like. This is by the far the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. I should have listened to my friend who got food poisoning from this restaurant. I will ensure that everyone that I know will never visit your disgusting restaurant. You guys should be shut down immediately.

The food is amazing . However! The people who answer the phones are really rude. As well as the delivery time is far too long. I order to my school for c lunch. It's starts at 12:15but they come at 12:50 when my lunch is almost over. My opinion they need nicer people that work there. I call to ask if the driver left and she yelled at me. Not happy

I thought I'd be ordering a great meal for Friday evening. It turned out To be a total nightmare !!!! My total was $35 and I paid with a $50 bill and I asked the driver for ten dollars back ($5tip) He began to rummage through his pocket and claimed to have no change. I told him I'm not able to give him a $15 tip. After several minutes of arguing he finally gave me my change.Quality of food was horrible too. Chilli chicken was missing the chillis and hotnsour soup was very bland (no seasoning). Overall I'd rate this place with a 0. Next time I'd rather cook my own food.Too bad there aren't any good Chinese restaurants near Dixie and sandalwood!

Food is pretty good but customer service is completely non existent! They simply just don't care about people. It's just about the money, nothing more, nothing less. Sad that people still run businesses this way.

Me and my friend ordered food for delivery. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and impatient. She got upset when I asked them if they had Fanta as an option for a canned beverage. After we waited over 1 hour for our food to be delivered(note kings wok is a few blocks away from my house hold) we thought we could finally satisfy our hunger. We were wrong. My friend took 2 bites out of his food just to notice half a bandaid in it which is utterly disgusting. Never eat from this location.

A warning to potential customers,1. The food is not good, not even close2. The food made me sick for the rest of the night. Not a fun experienceAvoid this place as it offers nothing of value and will make you sick on top of it.To the owners, if you have any hope of staying in business, do not compromise on fresh ingredients, flavours and most importantly, proper food handling, you should be ashamed for making people sick. You will never see me or my affiliates again.

Honestly.. I don't know why people don't like this place.. They are fast and good food.. Kind of like a regular customer there now. They make the chili chicken on shrimp fried rice really well. But the front desk person needs to worm up a little. She looks like she hates her life and about to loose it. May be she is self conscious, but you are working as a receptionist.. This is your job to be nice to people

Worst food and customer service I have ever seen. The lady got my order completely wrong and basically told me that I can go somewhere else. If you like chicken that's as tough as an old shoe, bad-mannered and stubborn staff and being over charged for your meal then eat here. In all my time travelling, including a short period in Iraq in 2003, this has got to be the worst food I have ever eaten! Never EVER eat there.

I want to say that Kings Wok is not a place to eat. Straight out, poor quality food, and the lady as receptionist was so unwelcoming. She looked like she hated what she was doing, which made many of us there uncomfortable. I`m sure many of us can make better food than what they make. The food does not taste good. I offered to give some to my dog but even he refused to eat it. That should say something! Overall, do not recommend this place to anyone.

TERRIBLE!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE! Unless you love to pay $10 for poor quality of food. Ordered a simple order noodles and hiney garlic chicken and first of all had less than 10 chicken and the meat was completely dry and disgusting. ALSO the reception was talking back to me after my complaint when as a customer service you should talk back with a respectful manner. By the way i was speaking calmly. Worst Asian food restaurant experience ever. Asked for a refund and they never gave it back. All about the money and no care for the customer
