Our experience with Nuenza was incredible. Dora is an exceptional designer with inspiring creativity. We redesigned our kitchen and three bedrooms with her and the results are fantastic. She was always open and patient with us during the entire process. We strongly recommend both Nuenza and Dora for all renovation projects, they will deliver beautiful results!

We have been in our home for almost 20 years and have always wished we had a dream kitchen. We held off for years while we saved and thought about how we would undertake such a big project when we finally decided to start talking to kitchen specialists in the city. On a whim, I stopped inside Nuenza's showroom one day while driving by and was immediately impressed by how warmly I was greeted.We did our due diligence and approached several kitchen specialists to get a good feel of what different places would offer both in terms of budget and in terms of design. We immediately saw that prices were pretty much all in line with each other so we had to base our final decision on design.Nuenza stood out due to their design approach. This is actually an over-simplification of what they offered. They took the time to know us and based the design on our lifestyle, our family's personality and our wishes. They not only dealt in the big picture but also helped us with the details that truly made a difference.We are truly in love with the final product and could not be happier. If we had to do another kitchen or any other renovation, we would not hesitate to use them or recommend them to anyone.

Although I did not end up choosing Nuenza for my project, I have to say that the service I received on my first consultation was AMAZING. Alex ran through how their service works, the various material options, we discussed my living situation and plans to determine what materials would best suit my kitchen. He was so straightforward, honest and pleasant to speak with! He supplied us with a sample plan and cost for another project on the go, so that we would have an idea of layout, cost etc. If this was going to be my forever home, I would have gone with them in a heart beat, but I chose a more affordable option given that it will eventually become a rental unit.

Nancy and her team helped us design and update our existing stock kitchen and bathroom to something a little more modern that reflects our unique style and taste. They were both professional and flexible as new requests, constraints and issues arose throughout the project, enabling them to not only deliver our project within an agreed upon schedule and budget, but at a level of overall quality that we had come to expect.

We started our journey with Nuenza in the late summer of 2020, when we bought a small condo in the Plateau that needed a lot of love. Dora reached out to us, and we immediately clicked! So the process started of figuring out what we wanted to do with the kitchen, the bathroom, and a lot of polish all around the house. She was the perfect match for us as a designer, and made it all so much FUN for us, with the least amount of stress possible. And that means a lot when you are renovating during a global pandemic, while moving, and working full-time!Once the designs were done, we were matched with the most amazing contracting team, and we cannot recommend Guillaume and his coworkers highly enough. Overall that process of renovation went really smooth, with a lot of updates so we could give our input and keep updated on the progress. The pandemic caused some minor delays, but every single time Dora and the team of Nuenza tried to help as much as possible to provide alternatives or even a placeholder when we decided a stove was worth waiting for.I think the only challenge we faced I was less happy with was the work done by the installer from Miralis. While we are incredibly happy with the Miralis products, the installer made some errors and scratches, and for that reason we would not work with this installer again. Nuenza's team made sure all that was fixed and addressed, so no complaints there on how they handled that.Our home is now finished and we have been living in since December. We couldn't be happier. Turns out I like moving and renovating, so maybe in a few years we will do it again; I would not hesitate to reach out to Nuenza again!We should have photos to share in a few weeks !

Total disregard for customer satisfactionWe were sent to Nuenza by Urban Bonfire to purchase an outdoor kitchen and barbecue grill. It has turned out to be a nightmare due to the worst customer service experience we have ever encountered.After ordering the pieces we wanted, and placing a downpayment on them, in September 2021 for early summer 2022, Nuenza:-Refused to store them for us after they arrived at their location and we were not ready to install them. Left it up to us to find a solution.- Informed us that the countertop we had ordered 9 months earlier was not available, and the only alternative was a more expensive one. No apology or explanation was given for this.-Sent installers to set up the outdoor kitchen. When it rained the cabinets filled with water, and affected the barbecue’s electrical system.-Installed a countertop that is ¾ inches thick, as opposed to 1- 1\2 inches thick, as stipulated in the instructions. Water now pools on this thin countertop.- Did not come to look at the installation in response to our complaints, simply claimed it had been done properly.-Finally showed up in the middle of winter to have a look. Had no explanation and no solution to offer. Promised to return in spring, disappeared again.Their website advertises these outdoor cabinets as providing the “ultimate protection from nature” which is clearly not the case.We are disappointed in this expensive product, and even more so in the lack of concern for customer service exhibited by Nuenza.

We partnered with Nuenza to remodel our kitchen and main bathroom. The Nuenza team was able to take our scattered thoughts and turn it into a vision. They were thoughtful, responsive and quick to tweak things when required. We used their preferred contractor, and everything was flawless and clean. The end result really reflected who we are and what we needed. We highly recommend this company.

Working with this amazing vibrant team of kitchen Nuenza is amazing . The work , design and quality is outstanding. All of them From Dora to Alex To Sylva and not to forget Nancy are super friendly and for sure understand the need of there customer. No matter what the project is , they always make sure we have all the right info we need to do our part in this . Thank you to you all and we wish you happy holidays and a wonderful new year . I've held several events at Nuenza over the years and the owner Nancy has always been a pleasure to work with. Nuenza has a fully functional kitchen and the layout of the studio allows for my guests to walk around and mingle. I've held a number of mixers and networking events, and I have friends/guests who've rented the space for their own events, including a fundraiser to raise money for the Canada-Ukraine Foundation.The biggest event I've held there had 60 people, and the fewest is around 20. I believe capacity is much bigger but 60 is comfortable so you're not shoulder-to-shoulder. With 20 people, it didn't look empty. This is to help provide a visual if you are looking for an event space.It is also walking distance from de Castelneau and Beaubien metros, and there is street parking.Overall, this is my go to space to host events and I highly recommend the gorgeous Cuisines Nuenza.

We are thrilled with the condo kitchen designed and project-managed by Nuenza. They are professional, inventive, flexible and absolutely trustworthy. They had the design eye and technical skills to tell us what would work best within our budget, and the artistic passion to make it sing. All of the trades associated with them were top-rate.We did this (permitted) reno during Covid restrictions. There were some delays and rework largely because of that difficult situation. Nuenza handled those effectively, stayed in close communication and brought the project to an outstanding conclusion. We recommend them highly!
